Everything was excellent and the bill was commensurate with the quality. The free ones should be a little more abundant. The fried food and the shrimp tartar were among the best I've ever eaten.

The food selection is based on seafood! This is not clear from the outside. Portion sizes are extremely small, which is not acceptable at this price point. You’d have to get a main course and two sides to get full (I had the Gnocchi). The service was great when they were at the table but they weren’t around very often. We were left “unserviced” for 30 minutes after eating and had to get up from the table to call the waiter. While the waiters were busy cleaning up. The wine by the glass selection is limited to only two red wines, and the bottles start at 60€s for uninspiring wines. Around the tables were no Italians which leaves the place as kind of a tourist favourite, which is not exactly my taste.

I had the opportunity to visit Da Giacomo restaurant and, without a doubt, it was a memorable dining experience that combines elegance, tradition and a cozy atmosphere. The place has a special charm, with its shelves full of old books and soft lighting that creates a sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for a special dinner. I began my experience with Milanese meat, a classic dish that Da Giacomo takes to another level. The Milanese was perfectly crispy on the outside, with a light, golden batter, while the meat inside was tender and juicy. They accompanied it with small roasted cherry tomatoes, a few slices of lemon and a touch of garlic, which gave it a spectacular balance of flavors. Additionally, the accompanying potatoes were cooked to perfection, with a light touch of spice that enhanced the dish without overpowering it. The presentation was impeccable, served on elegant tableware that highlighted the quality of the dish. Next, I tried the spaghetti pomodoro, a dish that, although simple in concept, turned out to be an explosion of flavor. The pasta was al dente, as it should be, and the tomato sauce was fresh, with an intense and natural flavor that made it clear that they used top quality ingredients. The touch of fresh basil and a slight hint of olive oil gave it an irresistible aroma. The portion was generous and the dish, served in a white bowl with a gold rim, looked as appetizing as it tasted. For dessert, I couldn't resist the sfoglia di mele, a delight that closed the meal with a flourish. This dessert, a kind of apple puff pastry, was perfectly crispy and melted in your mouth. They accompanied it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was creamy and authentic in flavor, and a touch of caramel sauce that added a balanced sweetness. The combination of textures and temperatures between the warm puff pastry, the cold ice cream and the whipped cream was simply exquisite. To accompany dinner, I ordered the Libertad cocktail, a drink that pleasantly surprised me. It was refreshing, with a perfect balance between citrus notes and a touch of sweetness, probably with a high-quality liquor that gave it depth. The cocktail came served in an elegant glass, which complemented the luxurious experience of the restaurant. Service was another highlight - the staff were attentive and friendly, making sure everything was to our liking without being invasive. The setting, with its red upholstered chairs and classic details like brass chandeliers, made every moment feel special. In short, Da Giacomo is a restaurant that combines the best of Italian cuisine with an atmosphere that transports you to another era. The Milanese meat, the spaghetti pomodoro and the sfoglia di mele were dishes that stood out for their quality and flavor, while the Libertad cocktail was the perfect accompaniment. Without a doubt, it is a place I would return to to enjoy an unforgettable dinner. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my experience dining at this restaurant. Not only was the food fantastic, every dish was flavorful, and beautifully presented, but the service truly made the evening unforgettable. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive from start to finish. A special thank you to Teo, our wonderful waiter, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. His warmth and genuine hospitality made our night. Can’t wait to come back!

El servicio era de 5 estrellas. Paolo proporcionó excelentes recomendaciones y un servicio impecable. Comenzando con el tártaro de atún - excelente. Estilo mediterráneo con tomate - salsa a base de tomate en el centro👏👏 El plato Primi fue cacio e pepe tortellini - me encantó. El Main era Dover Sole con papas. Esta es la única oportunidad. El pescado estaba delicioso, pero estaba en salsa de mantequilla de vino blanco pesado. La próxima vez pediría sin salsa y con verduras verdes. La recomendación del vino era fantástica. Paolo compartió lo mejor y más económico y los beneficios de todos. Al final elegí las piezas menos costosas.
