T & C Burger Lab In Roma

10/03/2024: This Sunday experience at Melazza in the company of friends didn't go very well. The location is very beautiful in the middle of the countryside, nothing to say. However, to get there you have to travel half a kilometer of impassable road, bumpy to say the least and full of massive potholes. And this is a first aspect that leaves us perplexed and makes us reflect because it is certainly not a good business card. The restaurant could also be better maintained. Nothing particularly wrong but I felt a general feeling of neglect. I found the food rather disappointing, nothing bad but without any sharpness. The fixed menu, which I understand due to the type of format, is never the best. Starter a little bland, pasta so-so and main courses (porchetta and chicken) a little sad. We didn't eat badly, mind you, but I expected better. There was an avalanche of people and entertainment for children. A service that is certainly welcome for those who have to take care of the children but also quite annoying for those of us who showed up with children. The music and the microphone prevented us from speaking and confused everyone a bit (including the children who went out to play despite the rain). Even the bill of €150 for 4 with 2 children who ate plain pasta and sauce, hamburger and chips and dessert didn't seem cheap to me. I won't go back.

10/03/2024: Very nice location..spacious..which is not to be taken for granted at all.... The entertainment is truly excellent!!!!!! very engaging...they actually come to call the children to the table!! The guys are really very good, smiling and engaging, hold onto them because having guys like that is not easy to find.. The waiters were also friendly... Everything really perfect! Thank you
