This was a memorable stay that I will cherish forever. The property was impeccable, the views and gardens were stunning, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Every aspect of our visit was simply perfect.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Rooms and amenities are top notch. But the service is beyond terrible for a hotel of this standard and the price you pay. I don’t think there is a worker there over the age of 21. All kids. I had a wine tasting reservation cancelled, due to the Sommelier not being available on time and the hotel would not give me a complimentary ride to dinner due to their cancellation which had impacted making my reservation time. Very expensive for food and drinks compared to anywhere else. No alcohol in the room, only water and soft drinks. They put on a fantastic complimentary breakfast, but once again, the service and staff were terrible which made the experience less enjoyable. For the price I paid ($2,500 per night) I would not stay here again. Lack luster food, terrible service and overpriced.

Just unbelievable… from start to finish, the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Incredible food, friendly staff and the grounds feel like you’ve stepped into a film set. Stunning! Can’t wait to come back.

Wow!!! that’s really the only word I have for this beautiful hotel! We had our small, intimate wedding here and everything was just perfect from start to finish. We started the morning at the spa, getting our hair done and relaxing just the perfect way to begin such a special day. When we got to our room, it was immaculate and absolutely stunning…every detail at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo is so thoughtfully done, and you really do go above and beyond for your guests. Our ceremony was held at the beautiful Dimmidisi Corner, which was such a lovely space. The hotel even recommended a wonderful celebrant, Rita, who was such a lovely person thank you Rita for everything. After the ceremony, we went out on the gorgeous Ruy boat for a cruise along Lake Como it honestly felt like a dream. The views were breathtaking and it was an experience we’ll never forget. Later, my family enjoyed a perfect lunch together and my new husband and I spent the rest of our stay just soaking in the magic of the hotel. The food, the drinks everything was 10/10. We can’t wait to come back next year for our anniversary this place will always hold a special place in our hearts. I’m completely obsessed with it! We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The hotel is breathtaking. Every inch of it is beautiful. The service was the best thing about our stay -- especially the housekeeping services. Truly 5 star service. The gardening and landscaping really make this place special, as it always smells like flowers everywhere you go. Our favorite parts of the hotel were the pools (especially the spa) and the daily breakfast. Waking up everyday to enjoy a huge buffet and a cappuccino lakeside was amazing. We also rented a boat through the hotel to explore the lake a bit and had a blast. The only downsides were the food and some aspects of the dining experience. A majority of the hotel food was disappointing. If it were cheaper, I may be more lenient... but it was extremely overpriced and often not great. When something was good, the portions were often very small. T pizza was probably the only exception. Another issue that came up multiple times was dirty dishware. We'd have a drink with a dirty cup (lipstick stains), forks that were grimy or had bits of food stuck to them, etc. It only happened a couple of times, but for a 5 star hotel that costs as much as it does, everything should be spotless. Overall, though, a fantastic hotel.

Loved every minute of it! Dined on the balcony Saturday 29th May and all the staff were very attentive and polite.
