Nothing to complain about. A nice discovery a stone's throw from home. Very well structured menu with seasonal products and refined dishes. Excellent preparation, plating and combinations of ingredients. Truly complete choice of wines and with the possibility of independently managing tasting by the glass using a card and relative dispenser. Excellent super quality at a very competitive price considering the location in the historic center and the care taken with the dishes and the service.

It was very good but a high price! The wine by the glass options are a fantastic idea, the food is very good and the service is good, I wish you could lower the prices a little.

I visited this place 5 years ago and came back again due to the previous great wine tasting experience. The place has changed a bit, but didn’t not disappoint. The ambience of the place is cozy and romantic. The wine tasting experience is a delightful experience. You can try several regional wines, feel the difference and learn from a very knowledgeable sommelier. The air doesn’t affect the wine quality due to the way it’s stored so you can enjoy the authentic taste. The selection of wines is impressive as well. We bought a couple of bottles of Amarone. The food was not even. Tartar was average and the portion was small for main course. But the pappardelle pasta was incredible. The pizza was delicious as well. We had an outstanding service. Overall we will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends.

Intimate and refined restaurant, we ate very well, combinations of ingredients studied and very successful. excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff, we felt truly pampered. I absolutely recommend, the prices are also fair, proportionate to the quality but not excessively high.

We were so glad to have found Symposio! We enjoyed the food (both pasta dishes) and the variety of wines. You are given a card to serve yourself wine from machines that keep track of how much wine you serve. You can easily see the bottles. Insert the card and choose your wine. It’s great that you can chose from three different size servings. The highlight of this restaurant and enoteca is the friendliness of the staff. Our waitress was so helpful while describing the wines. We felt so welcomed!

We got a lot of different first and second meals. The swordfish is amazing, both pasta have a great combination and the 3 spiced meat is really well made. The service was personal and helped us with everything we needed. The beer and vine selection is premium and the recommendations were very good. Interior and music is well picked and makes an amazing atmosphere. We were a family of 9 with a 1 year old and had no problems.
