I am now a regular customer because working in the supermarket next door my breakfasts are always at the drive-through. But tonight what happened that I would never want to comment on, I arrive at the drive-thru and find a girl with braids taking the order, very annoyed and suspicious attitude, I specify the drinks without ice (which I always do and they always mark them for me and make them without). I arrive home and surprise, three kg of ice inside the drinks, I check the receipt and the girl didn't even bother to write it down, so by default they were served with ice, they were undrinkable and practically thrown away. If you don't like the job, change it because by doing so you ruin people's dinners and will consequently have negative reviews and I write as a sales person, so I do a job similar to yours.
