I've always gone to sushiko in Parma, this time I wanted to try this. I must say that the quality of the food is very similar to that of Parma, that is, very good. The only flaw is the service. Really slow. I also waited 15 minutes between one course and another. It must be said that I also went quite early (12.30). I would say improve this aspect and give more sashimi choices. Prima volta in questo locale a pranzo,tutto sommato esperienza positiva. Locale grande e pulito,servizio veloce .Ci sono alcune pietanze molto buone come i fritti,i secondi con i gamberetti,mentre non sono propri buonissimi i piatti col riso,trovato molto molle. Prezzo medio,rapportato alla qualità.

28/05/2025: Really everything was delicious, wonderful atmosphere, the only thing that made me turn up my nose a little was the exaggerated speed of the waiters in arriving to take the empty plates from the table... often they took them away while we were still eating 😅 ok they were the last pieces, but it seemed a bit excessive to me. For the rest everything was perfect!
28/05/2025: The place is very nice, the staff is really friendly but the portions are small, maximum 4 dishes per person and they don't have an option to remove any ingredients from the dishes. A real shame because otherwise I would have given it 5 stars easily 😔

27/02/2025: A la carte sushi restaurant, small restaurant but I find it very nice. The sushi is of good quality, but I must say that for the price you pay I was definitely expecting something more, especially in the flavor of the uramaki and in the presentation of the sushi "boat". Even in desserts I didn't find them good in flavor. The negroni they make is very good.
