I often come to eat at this sushi bar which also has a small room with a few tables. The name suggests it, almost all the preparations have salmon as their base. Having said this I can say that all the dishes are prepared with care and using excellent quality ingredients. It's not ALL YOU CAN EAT and it shows: the fish slices are not small and there are many original dishes using Venere or saffron rice. Every Tuesday there is a 25% discount for those who eat on site, but for the entire month of September the discount is 30% every day. I take advantage of it :)

There is no comparison with other sushi in the area, here it is definitely much better!
