19/10/2025: I went to Shibuya restaurant this evening. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and very intimate. The owner is very nice, friendly, and makes you feel part of her family even if you don't know her, which is what I hope to find in every restaurant I go to. The food is a true culinary journey, rich in flavors, colors, and beautiful dishes. Highly recommended.

Not to mention the incredibly friendly and polite staff. Every detail, from the arrangement of the plates to the interior design, conveys harmony and attentiveness. The dishes are a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. I particularly loved the BOM BOM, a delicious dish I previewed. A perfect balance between a crispy exterior and a soft, flavorful center, a small masterpiece of flavor and texture. 😎 The sashimi is extraordinarily fresh, with precise cuts and meat that melts in your mouth. The raw shrimp are sweet and delicate, while the tuna and salmon reveal all their marine purity. The Gunkan served on ceramic spoons are a true work of art: delicate, balanced, and beautiful to look at.
