It is precisely the case of saying "minimum expense, maximum return".
Very high level restaurant with really low costs, attention to detail and spectacular ingredients.
I'm not vegan but I tried the vegan menu and was amazed by the quality and unique flavors.
The absolute best of all sushi.
It's now a fixed stop for me, even though I'm from Lucca and it takes me a long time to get there.
If I could I would give even more stars!

the best ayce sushi I've ever eaten. Place run by the son with his mother, with only the latter and another chef in the kitchen. Small, pleasant and quiet environment that serves a few people every evening, but which ensures that everything is fresh and made on the spot. Perfect combinations, textures and flavours, wide choice for both sushi and other types of dishes.

As a vegan, entering this restaurant is something fantastic. All really delicious and with attention to detail. Too bad I live in Genoa, otherwise I would always be here!

I went for lunch two days ago and I must say that I was extremely satisfied with both the incredible quantity and quality of the vegan options! It was a pleasant shock!

Sono stato in questo ristorante per un pranzo in famiglia,esperienza fantastica dovuta al magnifico personale e a ogni singolo piatto preparato con cura e passione. Particolarmente buoni i ravioli al vapore preparati dal cuoco in persona e gli uramaki al tartufo e al limone, fuori menù ma preparati su richiesta dal personale.Pranzo ottimo,posto altamente consigliato.

La pasta dei ravioli è troppo spessa ma i ripieni sono buoni ; anche il sushi misto è gradevole di gusto; la tempura ha troppa pastella .Non molto graditi gli spaghetti con i gamberi per la consistenza della pasta che a nostro gusto è troppo molliccia Buono il vino proposto e il comfort della sala. Il prezzo è risultato corretto per cio' che abbiamo mangiato.
