03/04/2025: A few days ago I wrote a review that I regretted. It didn't seem right to penalize Long Jin because of one of their collaborators. I am convinced that we need to point out when unpleasant situations arise, so as to prevent them from happening again. I have to say that the way Mr. Liguori Francesco responded to my previous review and how he handled the situation made me reflect on the fact that now, after years of frequenting his restaurant, I couldn't let a small inconvenience change everything. Tonight he was there at the checkout to deliver my order, which pleased me and made me feel at ease, because even if he wasn't sure if I was the person who wrote the review, he could see that he wanted to understand and was interested. It's not about the apology or the discount (which if they happen are just a pleasure) but rather the interest in hearing the opinion of the other side, apologizing... I have nothing else to add. Service always at the top, absolutely nothing can be said about the quality of the products and above all how much he cares about his work. Not to mention I know I'm hanging out somewhere where my opinion really matters. I will definitely return many times.
