We just wanted to have a little drink to round off a perfect day. We went to Sushi e Noodles - Tuscolana and ordered the really delicious Pinky Spritz. We also got two bowls of krupuk, two bowls of edamame and eight sushi rolls on top. These were also really excellent!
Unfortunately, it was our last evening in Rome, or rather in the area, otherwise we Menuwould have come back here and tried the Menu

We were greeted warmly, and then left to our own devices for a bit... The food was good, average for all-you-can-eat restaurants, but these aren't... I didn't see much of a difference, and the prices were a bit high... But it's a very beautiful place, with meticulous attention to detail.
One good thing is their internal parking lot; it's not small, but it fills up quickly, of course.

Excellent poké, quality and quantity. 10/10
I've attached the photos, they speak for themselves: excellent quality salmon, you can see it... And generous portions, I recommend it. They also gave me a free portion of nigiri, which I purchased through Glovo.

The cost of a glass of wine is disproportionate to the amount poured.
They should provide an alternative to the digital menu, such as a paper menu or a chalkboard, so that everyone can easily consult it.
