For my birthday my girlfriend gave me an incredible surprise by offering me a succulent dinner at the Sushi Corner in Fano. The restaurant has a modern, "post-industrial" look with very personal and colorful touches that make it very warm and welcoming; just like the young, dynamic and helpful staff, always ready to clarify and explain the varied menu even to a sushi layman like me. I tasted the prawn tempura of which I appreciated the golden brownness and the lightness of the frying: I ate 8 of them, one after the other! Next we chose the "CHEF'S MENU", precisely the MAGNUM which includes 40 pieces of uramaki selected by the Chef. By my choice, I asked for 20 of the 40 uramaki to be cooked given my initial distrust with raw fish and I was kindly obliged and surprised! Because not only did I stock up on the delicious cooked uramaki but I also tried the raw uramaki and to my amazement I enjoyed them very much: the freshness of the fish expertly worked by expert hands gave me a new and delicious sensation on the palate. I found the service impeccable because if it hadn't been for the advice of the staff I would have had difficulty choosing what meets my dubious and difficult tastes. I close by thanking the owners, or rather those who took care of our dinner.
