Cena indimenticabile al tramonto su una terrazza stupenda. Cena a base di cucina Cilentana di Mare e splendida carta dei vini. Qualità prezzo imbattibile. Una conferma come sempre. Da tornarci più volte per provare l interò menù alici, polipo e tonno straconsigliati

26/08/2024: Al Bisbe 4 in Alghero is a real discovery for those looking for an authentic culinary experience outside the tourist box. While maintaining a bill in line with the other restaurants in the area, here you will find a menu that stands out for its originality and quality. The starters are delicious and well prepared, but it is in the main courses that the restaurant gives its best. The culurgiones are unmissable, tasty and well balanced, as is the pecorino, which is a triumph of local flavours. Even the desserts are no exception, with proposals that end the meal in style. Ultimately, Al Bisbe 4 has nothing to envy of the more renowned restaurants nearby: here you can breathe authenticity and passion for cooking.
