We went to try this place at the suggestion and I must say that we were really satisfied from all points of view. Starting from the food which was excellent, from the bread (which is not to be taken for granted) and also the carbonara and their flagship, the pici with sauce with meatballs. As a second course we had some Roman saltimbocca and to finish some really good desserts. The dishes were all well served. Furthermore, their staff is very welcoming and youthful.
I would just like to make one suggestion, which is to put a little more pecorino in the carbonara to give an extra boost to the dish. For the rest everything is excellent!
I will definitely go back.

Ordered with glovo and I'm talking about home delivery food.
It's not the first time I've ordered and the food was good. Unfortunately not this time. Perhaps due to a personal change or staff tiredness, we don't know. The sauce was raw, with tomato pulp inside. There was still water and not a good properly cooked sauce. Ditto for the amatriciana. The plain ragù is better.
I will order after the summer.

Excellent small restaurant with traditional Roman cuisine.
We took:
Supplì and bruschetta,
Carbonara and amatriciana,
The meatballs and the tail are vaccinated.
Bread is paid separately.
All dishes were very good. The service was fast. The guys are helpful and attentive. We were satisfied. We'll be back! Advise!

Sugo can fully be considered a neighborhood restaurant where you can eat well (beyond expectations) at reasonable prices.
We tasted the appetizers, boiled meatballs and really well made supplì.
The first courses surprise: rigatoni with pajata and pappardelle with white lamb ragù among the best I've ever eaten!
A super recommended place!

Discovered this place during a lunch break, I ate a very good matriciana but it would be worth trying all the others too. Definitely an obligatory stop next time I come back.

Abbiamo preso i tipici piatti romani (gricia e carbonara) ma non ci hanno esaltato, sopratutto per il gusto. Camerieri molto gentili e servizio celere.
