Great value for money. Delicious tartare. The first courses are also very good. I would have liked just a little more pasta (at least I personally) I highly recommend a nice place in the area where you can eat well and of quality at the right price.

Yesterday, 14 of us celebrated a special occasion at Trattoria Sugo in Via Bufalotta and, really, everything was fantastic. I ate gnocchi with asparagus, bruschetta and meatballs, all delicious and made with so much care. The meat that the others had was exquisite. The atmosphere? Like a real Roman trattoria, just like the old ones, with that classic Italian music that makes you feel immediately at home, relaxed and in company. The waiters are super kind, they pamper you and make you feel part of the family. You can tell that they really care about quality and tradition here. If you want to eat well, in a welcoming place and without too many pretensions, but with a lot of substance and heart, this is the right place. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a nice evening in company, with genuine food and a lot of warmth.

Exceptional experience.. After watching various videos on Instagram we decided to try the sauce. We were very satisfied, excellent food from the delicious and tasty appetizers, to the masterfully prepared first courses to the meat that I must say is truly excellent. Excellent service, there was certainly no lack of smiles and attention. Definitely a place to return to SUPER RECOMMENDED

The best trattoria in Rome! I came across this restaurant among the various videos on TikTok and Instagram and we were immediately intrigued, it was an excellent experience and it is right to compliment Cristian and Valerio! Generous portions, exceptional value for money, friendly and very fast service (despite there being more than ten of us). We tried various appetizers and dishes, starting with the very creamy and abundant carbonara, fresh beef tartare seasoned with delicious accompanying sauces, and the special Uruguayan Cuberolle meat, tender and melting in the mouth. We also tried the classic meatballs in sauce and stratospheric boiled meat, as well as a generous appetizer consisting of raw ham and buffalo mozzarella of the highest quality. In addition to the very friendly and professional staff, we will be back soon and highly recommend it to everyone!

Siamo venuti in questo posto dopo aver visto un video di Franchino er criminale e non ce ne siamo pentiti .Tutto veramente fantastico …dagli antipasti ai primi e secondi…abbiamo mangiato come antipasto polpette fritte di bollito e polpette ai funghi e tartufi…veramente buonissime e molto tenere…di primo tonnarelli alla carbonara e bucatini all’amatriciana veramente spaziali e di secondo saltimbocca alla romana altrettanto buoni…e per finire cheesecake ai frutti di bosco ….voto 10…anche per la simpatia e cortesia dei camerieri che sono stati molto gentili anche con la nostra cagnolona

What to say about Sugo beyond what has already been said, various types of cuts of meat recommended by Luca and Cristian, kind and professional. The pasta is also exceptional, even fresh. I, a 9 year old child, always want to be taken to eat at Sugo because they have the best amatriciana in the world, it is even better than how my mum and dad cook it, with super crunchy guanciale just how I like it. Found this place by chance. A delicious discovery! TOP food! One of the best carbonaras I've ever eaten in Rome. The meat is also highly recommended (last time I had a black angus... it melted in your mouth). If you have room for dessert at the end of the meal I recommend... anything, you're on the safe side. Qualified staff, friendly and very polite. They happily accept dogs TRY IT! Ps. I didn't take any photos because I ate everything right away

Family lunch, I chose a carbonara, I couldn't taste the pecorino cheese and no PEPPER! They hadn't put pepper in my carbonara! (Madness) In short, it was a carbonara just by name. Too bad because I had been there two years ago and everything was delicious. Unfortunately, I don't know about this place, I recommend it more, maybe other places are better.
