We went to this restaurant two days ago. Let's say from the photos and menu it looked decent. And instead…
We arrive and order. I order a slice of chicken for myself and ask if the side dish (broccoli) was seasoned and with chilli. At first they told me no, then they told me that there is both seasoning and chili pepper. So when I said no he offered me baked potatoes, and alas I had to say yes. The salad was not included in the dish. In the end I found 4 slices of chicken on my plate (which tasted like frozen tender meat, even the consistency) and 1/4 of a baked potato. How do you serve a spoonful of baked potatoes? Already the doubts about the meat that he was a softie weren't good. Then even two potatoes in number, even not. The other diners ordered other things which they said were good. I tasted the meatballs which were without art or part but the sauce in which they were drowned was truly excellent. Would I go back? No. But the dark-haired waitress was incredibly polite, kind and friendly. We loved her. The other waiters are miserable. For goodness sake. All in all I would give it a 5/10.

Characteristic inn, typical environment of a small Roman tavern, small tables and intimate spaces. The quality of the food is high, you can eat typical Roman dishes prepared with care and passion. The service is kind and pleasant, friendly and take care of the customer. The first courses and the side dishes are really excellent, generous portions, the grilled cuts of meat are fabulous. Like all intra-city venues, it suffers a bit from parking which has to be searched for, but if you are in the area, definitely go there.

My review certainly isn't necessary to confirm the quality of Sugo, but I was extraordinarily satisfied with the environment, the quality of the dishes, as well as the dining room service with girls who were very attentive to customer needs and very professional! P.s. Nobody ever talks about it or it is given little importance, but the homemade bread served was unrivaled!!!

Very satisfying meat-based dinner for three, tasty and well-prepared starters, impeccable cutting and cooking of the meat with pleasant table service, kind and friendly guys. An experience to be redone, appreciated from all points of view. Recommended for every age target!

Excellent restaurant!
Starting from the appetizer where the specialty is certainly the meatballs, served in many different ways. The typically Roman first courses are spacious and the meat is of the highest quality. The service is fast and at the same time attentive to customer needs. The environment is serene and the young kids contribute to making it dynamic and pleasant.

I went for dinner, everything was good, carbonara bruschetta, chicken popcorn, the only thing that really disappointed me was the meat, but not in terms of goodness but in terms of price. We had asked for 3 ounces of sliced cuberol, when I go to pay I get 7 ounces of meat €56.00 it would have been necessary to call the police, I asked for explanations and was told that the meat must be weighed by the hectogram of course! But I didn't ask for 7 ounces of meat. They took advantage of it by selling us young people!🤢

Cena per anniversario di fidanzamento andata alla grande. Personale giovane e gentilissimo, sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Polpette squisite, ottima carta dei vini, amatriciana e carbonara molto buone, carne alla brace superlativa, tanti tagli, cottura perfetta, si scioglieva in bocca. Torneremo.

Acabamos de tener una comida encantadora aquí!
No teníamos tanta hambre, así que solo comimos pasta y vino.
Yo tenía la salvia y mantequilla raviolis y mi marido tenía la pasta de tomate. Ambos eran muy agradable!
Luego tuvimos un poco de pan para absorber los jugos encantadores de nuestra pasta.
Terminamos la comida con una grappa (¡Dios mío que fue más grande de lo esperado! )
Terminé eso y nos trajeron un limoncello en la casa!
Preciosa manera de pasar un par de horas mientras llovía!
