Siamo venuti in questo posto dopo aver visto un video di Franchino er criminale e non ce ne siamo pentiti .Tutto veramente fantastico …dagli antipasti ai primi e secondi…abbiamo mangiato come antipasto polpette fritte di bollito e polpette ai funghi e tartufi…veramente buonissime e molto tenere…di primo tonnarelli alla carbonara e bucatini all’amatriciana veramente spaziali e di secondo saltimbocca alla romana altrettanto buoni…e per finire cheesecake ai frutti di bosco ….voto 10…anche per la simpatia e cortesia dei camerieri che sono stati molto gentili anche con la nostra cagnolona

What to say about Sugo beyond what has already been said, various types of cuts of meat recommended by Luca and Cristian, kind and professional. The pasta is also exceptional, even fresh. I, a 9 year old child, always want to be taken to eat at Sugo because they have the best amatriciana in the world, it is even better than how my mum and dad cook it, with super crunchy guanciale just how I like it. Found this place by chance. A delicious discovery! TOP food! One of the best carbonaras I've ever eaten in Rome. The meat is also highly recommended (last time I had a black angus... it melted in your mouth). If you have room for dessert at the end of the meal I recommend... anything, you're on the safe side.
Qualified staff, friendly and very polite. They happily accept dogs

Family lunch, I chose a carbonara, I couldn't taste the pecorino cheese and no PEPPER! They hadn't put pepper in my carbonara! (Madness) In short, it was a carbonara just by name.
Too bad because I had been there two years ago and everything was delicious. Unfortunately, I don't know about this place, I recommend it more, maybe other places are better.

Thanks to my son I discovered this little place. He and his friends have been here several times! We tried, tartare stracciatella and dried tomatoes, carpaccio stracciatella and pistachio grains, then tonnarelli alla carbonara and pasta stracciatella, yellow and red tomatoes.... It was all excellent!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

Very nice place, like a modern tavern
The food is good and the price is fair, no doubt about it
The service is friendly and they stopped by several times to ask me if everything was okay.
A great shame about the lack of a house wine, it could close the circle to stay with the "tavern" theme, but I would say that it is not a real flaw

A trattoria with typical Roman cuisine with an internal room and outdoor area.
Sauce and the word itself says it... abundant tomato red in the tripe, in the tail, in the amatriciana, in the meatballs, basically everywhere. Maybe even too much. You have to mop it up with good bread.
Tasty appetizers, Roman first courses, good meat. The best dish? Boiled meatballs.
Pleasant atmosphere and the guys at the tables are friendly and attentive.
Good quality/price ratio.
Worth trying.
