Cenato ieri sera con amici, giardino estivo curato con luci soffuse e musica di sottofondo.
È la terza volta che ceno in questo ristorante e si conferma di altissimo livello culinario, cura dei particolari e una capacità unica da parte dello Scef Willy di dare un anima ai suoi piatti.
Ho degustato un risotto che ho paragonato ad una mangiato all'Esplanade Ristorante Stellato sul Lago di Garda .
Una esplosione di gusti in bocca ...cottura del risotto perfetta .
Altri piatti presi...Cacio e pepe e come secondi ...Tonno e Polipo preparati come solo Willy sa fare .
Assolutamente da tornarci al più presto .

In three words: professionalism, quality, atmosphere. It's difficult to feel at home in a city that isn't yours, yet every time you pass by this place it's like being so thanks to the courtesy and kindness of the dining room staff. Passion and mastery in the kitchen combined with the unique atmosphere of the location make for a perfect evening.

Housed in a 20th century Art Nouveau villa, the outdoor garden is pleasant on nice days, a little less so the rooms on the first floor which are small and not very well looked after. There was no particular renovation work, even just to maintain the original style but refresh the rooms or add a personal touch. The dining room staff is friendly, but with some inattention. The cuisine (what we tried) is home-made, technique and raw materials are absolutely acceptable, combinations to be reviewed. Let's say that if it didn't hide its homely soul and cost slightly less, we would be more willing to return. Overall a decent tavern especially on hot summer evenings.

Elegant and refined venue located inside an old villa, whose rooms have been well renovated and used as rooms that host a few tables, giving the context class and intimacy.
Menu almost entirely based on fish, which makes the choice difficult for non-fans of the genre.
Absolutely worth trying is the grilled octopus as an appetizer, perfectly prepared, soft and tasty on the palate, as well as the calamarata and the seared tuna, accompanied by a delicious lime mayonnaise, which enhances the flavor of the dish.
Recommended desserts, the cheese cake which remains low in sugar.
Very polite and attentive staff, always polite.

Locale elegante e raffinato situato all'interno di una vecchia villa, le cui stanze sono state ben ristrutturate ed adibite a sale che ospitano pochi tavoli, donando al contesto classe ed intimità.
Menu quasi completamente a base di pesce, che rende difficoltosa la scelta per i non amanti del genere.
Assolutamente da provare il polpo alla piastra come antipasto, perfettamente preparato, morbido e gustoso al palato, così come la calamarata e il tonno scottato, accompagnato da una deliziosa maionese al lime, che accresce il sapore del piatto.
Dolci consigliati, attenzione alla cheesecake che resta poco zuccherata.
Personale garbato ed attento, sempre gentile.
