We booked with The Fork and, while in other places we noticed a certain difference both in the service and in the choice of courses, here at "Il Torrione" we did not notice any difference between us and the other "common" diners. The position of the table is beautiful, the staff are very kind and super helpful and the dishes... Exquisite to say the least! Just to say: fried polenta and mushrooms, as well as the pear and pecorino ravioli and the citrus mayonnaise, made me close my eyes at how delicious they were! Truly flavors never tasted before. I would add: I am a vegetarian and there is a lot of choice on the menu. Thank you!!!

Exceptional food, excellent service, they are very kind and I thank them for serving the little girl immediately so as not to make her wait. Relaxing and pleasant background music. A small restaurant but worth trying if you are passing through Subiaco or on a nice detour. Truly a nice discovery

First lunch experience, for 4. Booked on the fly on the fork shortly before arriving.
Varied menu without being excessive, we taste fried potato skins with homemade citrus mayonnaise. Very good. Coratella and artichokes (off the menu) mouth-watering. The fettuccine with wild boar ragout is good and the carbonara is very good. Excellent Saltimbocca, as well as the meatballs: we would have liked more!
The coffee (offered), which sometimes makes us turn up our noses in restaurants where we have eaten well, was very good and so were the biscuits that accompanied it. Quality/price ratio clearly in favor of great quality.
Nice and welcoming environment, pleasant music that also allows you to converse with diners without raising your voice... we will certainly be happy to return.

It's always a real pleasure to stop at the Torrione. The environment is intimate, welcoming and pleasant, with a splendid selection of music in the background. The service is punctual and courteous and all the restaurant operators are keen to make sure that the dishes are good. The dishes are chosen and selected with great care, using local and seasonal ingredients. Whether you prefer pasta with wild boar ragú, a selection of cured meats and cheeses or braised beef, the gastronomic experience is in any case truly excellent and accompanied by a remarkable selection of wines. Personally, I highly recommend the fried potato skins with citrus mayonnaise, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the ribs. The tiramisu is surprising and, at the end of the meal, a notable selection of bitters for every taste. It is pleasant to stop and exchange a few words with the owner, kind and very nice, who really loves his job and pours great effort and attention into every detail. I recommend booking.

It is not only the kind and warm welcome, the selected wines and the attentive service that make this place a pearl but the refined raw materials and the imagination in the kitchen, attention that has long been missing in my outings.

This restaurant, booked by chance, was a pleasant surprise from all points of view. The food is excellent from starters to desserts. The beef belly cooked in red wine and the tiramisu are truly superb. The staff is very welcoming and the waiting times are very fast. We asked for plain pasta for the hungry little one and they brought it to us in less than 5 minutes. They were very attentive to everything, they gave us some colors to entertain the children. Last but not least, the prices are very honest, 4 of us ate for 90 euros! Super super recommended. Thank you!

Ristorantino molto carino assolutamente sopra la media delle tristi e care proposte di Subiaco. I proprietari gentilissimi, le pietanze molto buone. Davvero una piacevole scoperta dopo la grande delusione dell'albergo presso il quale alloggiavamo! E dopo la desolazione del paese ... sicuramente lo consigliamo!
