If there were more stars, we'd give them all. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, and it was truly charming to eat among the alleys of Subiaco. Furthermore, the owner, who served us and gave us excellent advice, especially by letting us try a very good liqueur, made the evening pleasant and unforgettable. The Subiaco-style pasta was delicious; I would have gladly had a second helping, and it wasn't too spicy. The wild boar ribs were delicious, so delicate, I would have had a third. An evening with friends during a lovely weekend away....the quality of all the dishes was truly excellent. The appetizers were plentiful and of high quality, not to mention the first courses, which were superb and plentiful....a truly excellent place to spend an evening. Book in advance as there are only a few tables.

We had lunch today in this delightful restaurant for the first time, the menu is varied and delicious, delicious appetizer, tonnarelli carbonara and excellent subiacciana strozzapreti, top desserts. Thanks to Caterina and Claudia for their kindness and friendliness. See you soon.

It's rare to find a place where everything you eat is excellent from start to finish. When you add to this attentive, courteous and friendly service and a quiet and intimate atmosphere, then it comes naturally to you to reward all of this and leave a review that testifies to the passion put into this restaurant. However, since I also like to give a contribution that can advise on how to improve further, I also say this: the prices are 10-15% too high in my opinion, so I would act on those or increase the quantities a little.

Beautiful place with outdoor seating available and a lot of different wines. The pastas, sauces, sausage and other items on the menu were homemade. I highly recommend this place. The owner was a gem and spoke about each menu item to us in English. We ordered off the daily menu using Google Translate, but if she's there, be sure to talk with her!

Ci siamo fermati a visitare Subiaco e abbiamo provato a trovare un posto per pranzare di domenica. I primi carbonara e fettuccine buonissime come l antipasto della casa con alcune specialità del luogo e fatte in casa. Anche i dolci buonissimi: pastiera napoletana e composta di fragole e crema delicati. Personale gentilissimo, peccato che il locale accolga pochi coperti... forse per questo sia mangiano piatti caserecci. Ip conto nella norma. Consiglio vivamente a chi si trova in zona di fermarsi.
