We've been coming here for years but today I had something different, a hamburger and fries, good, good, good, completely satisfied.

Three of us stopped by for lunch. A quick break. We enjoyed two rib-eye menus and a burger menu. They were really good, nice and large, with generous sides. The meat was very tender and delicious. The staff was kind and available for any request. Highly recommended.

Cucina Machrì

24/02/2026: Christian Collu has created a truly enchanting place with Machrì al Mare. Directly opposite the 1000-year-old pilgrimage church of Sant Efisio, a culinary epicenter for Pula has emerged. On one side, a pizzeria and café; on the other, creative fine dining just shy of Michelin-starred status. Enjoy sea views from the terrace on one side and views of the lagoon and the mountain range on the other. The decor is stylish and tasteful, though the visual and acoustic separation between the kitchen and service areas could use some improvement. The cuisine is creative and showcases the full spectrum of new, fresh Sardinian dishes. A must-try!
26/10/2025: Warm welcome and excellent cuisine. We ate a delicious mullet carpaccio with bottarga, followed by black rice with octopus flavored with fish broth. Perfect flavors from start to finish. A lime sorbet to finish. A very generous limoncello spritz. 2 glasses of a local white wine full of character. Everything is just right in the flavors and cooking. All for 70 euros per person, which seemed justified to us.
