Spaghetti with clams and bottarga is a dream!

We stopped for a quick lunch on the way home from vacation. The atmosphere was simple but welcoming. We enjoyed the quality food and friendly service. A very positive experience.

You know the Roman swear word, something like that... excellent food and the owner who talks back to you... in Sardinian... A laugh-out-loud delight. Informal atmosphere.

After searching for somewhere to eat along the road, we were lucky to find such a welcoming and familiar place. The spaghetti with clams and bottarga were delicious, as were the baked vegetables. It's a shame we can't return soon. Excellent value for money, both in terms of food and service. Highly recommended!

La bottarga sulla tavola, in un piccolo recipiente bianco con un cucchiaino che diceva: "abbonda, se vuoi". E giù, nevicava, sugli spaghetti alle arselle accompagnati dalla simpatia di chi, al tavolo, non ci ha fatto mancare il pane e il sorriso. Deliziosi al palato, avvolgenti, ricchi. Con un gusto di mare che era tutto un suono per il palato. Come fossimo lì per ascoltare buona musica. E poi, per la fretta di rientrare a Collinas per il nostro torneo di scacchi, abbiamo ordinato una porzione di calamari fritti e l'abbiamo mangiata in tre. Una spruzzata di limone e una decorazione di verdura fresca. E' stata una dolce sorpresa. Uno dei quattro ha preferito la lasagna al sugo e il pane rimasto dopo la scarpetta nel piatto di portata delle arselle è diventato rosso di sugo. Delizia. Il luogo, le donne che han servito i cibi, e i piatti. Una delizia.
