Su Cumbidu - Specialita di Mare In Cagliari

We were absolutely thrilled. Really only order Menu 4 if you can eat a lot. There were 5 different appetizers alone! I almost burst but the food was so good I couldn't stop. The portions in the pictures are smaller because I kept giving my husband more because I couldn't take anymore 😅 I recommend everyone to eat here.

The place is located in a beautiful narrow street. The place is beautiful, very clean and the staff welcomes you immediately at the table. The waiter who served us was super kind and friendly, the food was excellent, highly recommended

We wanted to try a traditional Italian seafood restaurant. We liked the snuggled up atmosphere and white tablecloths. The food was good, we ate everything. The prices are a bit over the average compared to other places. The service could be a bit nicer for this price range. We waited a lot of time for the food (probably 40mins) and most ot the other tables had already served their plates(I mean that the chefs were not that busy). One of the dishes that we ordered never came but is was still in the bill at the end. There was no background music (just saying). The waiter could have smiled more and explained more in details. I noticed that 2 of the other tables ate something that was not in the menu (the waiter told me so). And he was talking more with the other tables (only local people). We all felt a little like tourists are not so wanted in their place. Not that bad experience but when you are at a holiday and spend a lot of money you expect a certain level. :)

18 euros pasta with clams and bottarga, with more than half of closed clams, 40 g of pasta let's say we're not quite there. Instead, fish carbonara is an inviting portion. Let's say that the service staff are tooop, beautiful, friendly, good, professional. Let's say we won't go back.

Catch of the day was fantastic and extremely fresh...Very friendly service and delicoua food... We had a really nice experience :)

Splendid restaurant in the heart of Cagliari offering delicious starters and first courses, friendly and welcoming service. Lunch definitely worth remembering, return round necessary to evaluate the second courses too. Absolutely recommended.
