Stroncapane In Figline valdarno

The food is standard Italian fare; we ordered pasta, pizza, and ravioli. I expected a better experience. However, the desserts charmed us. There were about four options. We ordered all of them, and the tiramisu, cheesecake, brownie, and forest fruit cake were all delicious. I recommend them.

Food was really fantastic! Filet di manzo with truffle sauce was very good. Our 3 year old son also had a great meal and could play on the square.

3 stars only for the waiters who were kind. We asked to sit at a table outside from everything because we had a stroller. But in the end we gave up because we understood that the owner didn't want us to, so we didn't insist! A customer should be able to choose where to sit if there aren't large reservations, and that night there weren't any. They simply wanted to avoid seating people in the perimeter and I don't understand why! That said, I would have made the bruschetta appetizer better. For the rest it was quite good. Nothing exceptional. The girl with the red hair and the other waiters should get a raise! Patient and kind!

We were on vacation in Figline Valdarno and discovered this restaurant. NOT a tourist trap! Absolutely amazing, authentic food. I had a spicy salami pizza – it was the best I've ever eaten! And I've tried many... My mom's lasagna was also the best she'd ever eaten! My dad had the peposo... and he loved it too! This place is worth a visit if you're in the area! The prices are pretty good, by the way!

Historic restaurant in the central square of Figline, highly recommended

We had a delicious meal here 3 years ago and decided to go back again. The food was still very tasty and the portions were fine. The price/quality ratio is also very good. The five of us initially had mainly bruschetta's, mozzarella with tomato and a platter with different types of sausages and sandwiches. Then we had the pizza calzone I'Bombe 4x and a lasagna. In addition, we all had some drinks and that together for €89. As far as I'm concerned, there really isn't any money to eat for the 5 of us. The staff tries very hard and is very friendly. Unfortunately, bad weather was approaching and half the terrace was blown across the square, but this is of course something the restaurant can do little about. Nevertheless, we had a delicious meal here and it is definitely recommended! Nella piazza principale di Figline troviamo questa pizzeria ristorante e decidiamo di provare. Cucina tipica, semplice, senza fronzoli, così come il locale. Ma abbiamo trovato tutto estremamente buono, dai coccoli alla carne e, anche solo guardandoci attorno, alle pizze. Personale gentile e disponibile ma discreto. Una menzione particolare per la bella e brava Alessia, dalla quale siamo stati serviti e che ci ha fatto sentire coccolati, come a casa. Prezzi onestissimi per una cena da riprovare appena capiteremo di nuovo nei paraggi.

Siamo state qualche giorno per lavoro a Figline ed avendo letto molte recensioni positive su questo ristorante/pizzeria, abbiamo deciso di provarlo. Siamo state benissimo. Il cibo di ottima qualità. Abbiamo provato sia i primi, che gli antipasti e naturalmente anche la pizza. Tutto eccellente. In più la cortesia e la gentilezza, sia del proprietario che della cameriera, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Ci siamo tornate tutte le sere... peccato solo che a pranzo è chiuso sennò ci facevamo un abbonamento 😄. Consigliatissimo!
