I moved to Rome 5 years ago as an away student, after many years I returned to the area and I was amazed at how they remained as always: exceptional. For me it is one of the best places in the city in terms of quality, variety on the menu (which is not to be taken for granted, given that I am a vegetarian) and kindness. Their sandwich has become my personal treat, the fried foods are delicious and the dough of the sandwich which recalls that of the pinsa is simply unique, not to mention the ingredients are paired in a creative way and above all you can feel that they are of quality, in addition the owner often leaves free fried food.
