straf In Milano

this hotel is not a four star hotel despite what is advertised. My room was dirty and there was a gross massage chair full of dust in my room. The icing on the cake was a huge picture fell off the wall on to me. The hotel manager offered a free lunch , which I declined and asked for an extra bottle of water in my room instead. I was never given the bottle of water. Hotel is very loud at night had someone playing a violin outside my room.
