Always a pleasure to return to the RAF. The food is delicious, and you can appreciate the quality and the hard work of the kitchen staff. I love the citrus and asparagus risotto, and I highly recommend it. A special mention to the dining room staff for their courtesy and hospitality. They are polite and always smiling. Andrea, the manager, Massimo, and Maura—a heartfelt thank you. See you next time we return to Rome. We look forward to savoring the specialties of this restaurant again. My favorite! 👏❤️👏
