We came to this restaurant to try pigeon for the first time. We were impressed by the elegance of the place and the preparation and friendliness of the staff. I recommend anyone coming from out of town like us to stop by to experience local flavors in a splendid setting.

We dined at this restaurant a couple of times, taking advantage of the fact that we were also staying at their property. The dishes are made with excellent local ingredients. It's a Slow Food Presidium, and that's why you can see the attention and care put into selecting the ingredients. The interior is meticulously designed, and the view of the Umbrian hills is unparalleled. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience! The terrace offers a magical atmosphere, perfect for sunset. The cuisine is exceptional, with flavorful yet light dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients. The bread is made with sourdough. We tried the quail and pigeon, both delicious. The baked potatoes were golden and crispy, just the way I like them. And the desserts? A chapter in themselves! Delicate, balanced, and exquisite. The wine cellar is very well-stocked and carefully curated. The staff, especially Silvia, is kind and friendly and makes you feel right at home. They gave us homemade cookies as gifts, which is not a given.

06/10/2025: Highly recommended! We arrived by chance on a Monday after visiting the Sanctuary of Saint Rita in Cascia, and to our surprise, we found a place with plenty of seating (both inside and out). The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. A varied selection of delicious food, served in generous portions. And I recommend saving room for dessert, which isn't mass-produced but rather homemade. The panna cotta is simply amazing...
25/09/2025: I had a great time, the food was excellent, the service was perfect, I will definitely go back.
