Stefenelli Desk In Aosta

A pleasant surprise in the center of Aosta. A warm and welcoming restaurant managed with great professionalism. The chef has succeeded in bringing colors and flavors from around the world to the table, a culmination of his journeys through flavors and reinterpretations. Each dish is a true journey! Congratulations! Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with my experience here! The staff were friendly and professional. The food was tasty. The environment was nice. Not all of the food was entirely up my alley but that is one of the perks of a tasting menu where the chef selects what you get! I think it was a good value for what you get as well.

We're in Aosta's pedestrian zone. If you have time, take a stroll through the city's historic center first—it's worth it. Augusta Praetoria Salassorum boasts many Roman ruins still visible. Known as the "Rome of the Alps," due to its importance during the Roman Empire, it preserves the Arch of Augustus, the amphitheater, the theater, the city walls, and much more. The restaurant is welcoming, and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The ingredients are excellent, and the quality of the food is presented in an engaging and creative way, stimulating all the senses. Unfortunately, I'm teetotal, but those who drank wine appreciated the wine list, which offers a wide selection to satisfy every taste. Many bottles were displayed around the tables, both to enhance the dining room and to make decision-making easier! I highly recommend it; it's an experience worth repeating.

What can I say... My favorite restaurant!! I've never found the attention to detail in the dishes, the hospitality, and the service you find at Stefenelli! The chef is an artist in the kitchen, and every time we go, we experience unique and exquisite dishes! Always impeccable service, a wonderful wine list! I think it has no equal in the Aosta Valley, and I compliment them because behind our satisfaction, there is certainly a lot of love, a lot of commitment, a lot of research, and passion! ❤️

We returned after trying it in Cogne, before our experience in Germany. It's an excellent restaurant, with a varied menu and bold flavors, yet pleasant pairings. Friendly service and a very good wine list, with a focus on Aosta Valley wines (unfortunately not everyone appreciates them). Excellent value for money.

Refined cuisine and excellent presentation

The restaurant is located right in the heart of Aosta and is very charming with a large outdoor terrace. We were satisfied with the menu. Overall, a pleasant evening.

Lasciare lo Stefenelli desk è stato quasi traumatico, come atterrare dopo un volo indimenticabile. Non è un ristorante per tutti i giorni, ma un'esperienza da regalarsi (o da regalare!) quando si cerca qualcosa di veramente straordinario. È il tipo di posto che ti fa riconsiderare cosa sia possibile fare con il cibo, spingendo i confini del gusto verso dimensioni inesplorate. In poche parole: se siete pronti a un'avventura culinaria che vi farà toccare le stelle con la lingua, lo Stefenelli desk è la vostra prossima destinazione! Non posso che raccomandarlo con ogni fibra del mio essere. Andateci, e preparatevi al decollo!
