Que ce soit les amuses bouche, le pré-dessert ou bien les plats eux-mêmes, tout est ravissement quant à la qualité ou la créativité. Ajoutés à cela, un cadre agréable et un service soigné ! Comment ne pas mettre 5 étoiles à ce petit trésor d'Aoste?! Et votre Carte Bleue n'en souffrira même pas !😁

06/01/2025: Alloggiavamo in zona e abbiamo provato questo ristorante. Menu molto ricercato con anche piatti di zona , ma con l assenza di cacciagione . Selezione di salumi e formaggi molto buona e varia , ma l agnello pensavo fosse lavorato un po’ di più visto il costo del piatto(30 euro) l’ho trovato un po’ basico , accompagnato da patate arrosto un po’ secche . Titolare e cameriera veramente gentilissimi . Prezzi un po’ alti però .

Officina della Pasta

15/12/2024: A small shop/place in the center of Aosta but with lots and lots of quality and kindness. I ordered a portion of lasagna and polenta concia to take away and I must say that in addition to the excellent quality, the abundance also justifies the price (which in any case is not very high). It's a shame (or maybe not) that there are few places available for lunch on site. I recommend everyone to stop and try their specialties. Compliments.
07/12/2024: Walking in the historic center of Aosta, we came across this small pasta factory and were immediately intrigued. In addition to producing and selling fresh pasta, they cook it on the spot for lunch, allowing you to enjoy a quality dish directly on site. The pasta is truly excellent, with a flavor and texture that only an artisanal pasta factory can offer. We were able to choose between different pasta shapes and toppings, a pleasant experience that made us feel pampered. The service was fast and the staff extremely kind, making everything even more pleasant. A perfect place for a quick, good and authentic lunch in the heart of Aosta. Highly recommended!
