Really great lunch! I started with a pasta with wild boar sauce rich in flavor and well balanced, followed by creamy and fragrant pappardelle with porcini mushrooms. To conclude, a very tender and fresh beef carpaccio.
All dishes were prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions. A place that knows how to enhance traditional cuisine with taste. Passed with flying colors!

We stopped by for lunch and had a great meal. We started with pasta with wild boar sauce, tasty and well made, then pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, rich and fragrant. To close, an excellent beef carpaccio, tender and tasty.
Abundant dishes, well prepared and with quality ingredients. A simple cuisine but made with passion.
I will definitely be back!

Typical Sila restaurant, rustic interiors, mainly made of wood, warm and welcoming, satisfactory and smiling service, clean bathrooms, which is no small thing considering that the place is quite large, especially on the lower floor... the tagliatelle were fantastic as was the mixed grill... mouth-watering... the potatoes with mushrooms were special although... because I really have to say it... at the table after ours they also gave the possibility of having grilled porcini mushrooms... which we didn't have communicated... next time I really hope to be able to try them, given the cassettes that entered the restaurant during lunch...
Modest price, really worth the visit😉

We were in this place during a weekend in Camigliatello... and we decided to have dinner at Uncle Silvio's. As appetizers we took Silane potatoes with porcini mushrooms, grilled caciocavallo, breaded and fried porcini mushrooms.
Three first courses Risotto with porcini mushrooms, Scialatielli alla silana with sausage, Strozzapreti wild boar ragù as a second course for a slice of beef
All washed down with an excellent local wine... unquestionable availability and courtesy of the staff.
At the end of the meal we enjoyed mini chocolate, truffle and salted caramel cheesecakes!
The price was reasonable based on the quality of what we consumed..

Locale informale, con veranda chiusa all'esterno e ambienti caldi e tranquilli all'interno. I prezzi sono davvero ragionevoli, le porzioni abbondanti. Molto buone le tagliatelle coi funghi (10 euro, un piattone), ma notevole anche la grigliata mista (10 euro per salsiccia, pancetta, fettina di vitello, fettina di maiale). Soluzione ideale per chi vuole cenare fuori dal weekend, quando quasi tutti gli altri locali sono chiusi. Mi è stato detto che questa Steak House non chiude mai... E meno male. Da tornarci.
