We were in this place during a weekend in Camigliatello... and we decided to have dinner at Uncle Silvio's. As appetizers we took Silane potatoes with porcini mushrooms, grilled caciocavallo, breaded and fried porcini mushrooms.
Three first courses Risotto with porcini mushrooms, Scialatielli alla silana with sausage, Strozzapreti wild boar ragù as a second course for a slice of beef
All washed down with an excellent local wine... unquestionable availability and courtesy of the staff.
At the end of the meal we enjoyed mini chocolate, truffle and salted caramel cheesecakes!
The price was reasonable based on the quality of what we consumed..

Informal venue, with a closed veranda outside and warm, quiet environments inside. The prices are really reasonable, the portions generous. The tagliatelle with mushrooms are very good (10 euros, a large plate), but the mixed grill is also notable (10 euros for sausage, bacon, slice of veal, slice of pork). Ideal solution for those who want to dine outside the weekend, when almost all the other places are closed. I was told that this Steak House never closes... And thank goodness. To return.

Thanks to some reviews, my family and I decided to try this place....the food is very good and if you love mushrooms, try either the fried ones or the tagliatelle with divinely good mushrooms.... I recommend it

Delicious food, we had such a lovely lunch.
Very tasty dishes with Porcini mushrooms and truffle. Will definitely go back for enjoying another delicious meal for a reasonable price.
Just need to improve a bit the organization of the staff as the service was a bit messy.
Very good overall!
