If you're looking for spectacular meat and unforgettable dishes, you absolutely must come here. In addition to the exceptional cuts of meat, we were blown away by the fresh porcini mushrooms: they let us try them fried, roasted, in a salad, and in a textbook tagliatelle. Incredible raw materials and truly masterful cooking skills.

Sila, Uncle Silvio says there's only sun, fresh air, potatoes, and mushrooms. And that's what we went for: mushrooms mostly, followed by potatoes, fresh air, and sun. If that sounds like little to you, you're wrong. Our lunch began with a plate of fried, grilled, and salad mushrooms (from least to best) and was sublime. If that sounds too sublime, you're wrong again, and I strongly recommend you try it for yourself. Then we had fillet steak, rib-eye steak, and 'mpacchiuse potatoes, all good but average, not wow-worthy!
The beer was good, the price was fair. My wife and I will return with our children and grandchildren; we're sure we'll give them a wonderful gift.
By the way, Camigliatello is absolutely worth returning to, for the mushrooms and food, of course, but the nature alone—the woods, lakes, and mountains—it feels a little close to paradise.

We were there on June 2nd, and despite the large number of people and booked tables, we still managed to eat because the service and food delivery were very quick. The meat was delicious and well-cooked, and the vegetables were good, but I would have seasoned them a bit more. The staff is really friendly, and to avoid serving subpar food, they prefer not to sell the product, as was the case with the potatoes, but we'll be back with the excuse of trying them!

The dishes we ordered were good. Prices were reasonable. The service was very questionable... we had the distinct feeling that we were bothering the waiter, who would probably be better off doing something else.
