POV, as young people say: you are in Gaeta and you try to extricate yourself from the tourist traps stuck in the fantastic 80s with their clams and always the same preparations. Suddenly you stop in front of Stato Brado and decide that maybe you might like some well-done meat.
Gentlemen, well it is limiting. Incredible environment, absurd knowledge of the product, incredible flavors and stratospheric quality. We ate mixed carpaccio, tartare and sliced wagyu and I can't tell you what an experience it was. Top three of my life. Gaeta was in extreme need of these kids.

We went last night, a great discovery!
