The kitchen and the master at the grill refine the meat into a magnificent dish on the guest's plate.

Posto bello ed accogliente personale garbato ma sopratutto preparato. Selezione di carne di ottima qualità. Anche il vino eccellente. Rapporto qualità prezzo in linea con le materie prime. Consiglio vivamente di andare per gustare un ottima carne con un buon bicchiere di vino.

Se c’è una cosa che caratterizza questo ristorante è la ricerca del dettaglio a trecentosessanta gradi e lo si sente nel piatto. Materie prime super selezionate e sapientemente preparate e cucinate, sapori mai banali e scontati frutto di selezione e studio. Il personale tutto poi è cordiale e super gentile nonché preparato. Nella serata perfetta di ieri l’unica nota stonata, ovviamente a mio giudizio, è stato il vitello tonnato, di sapore molto buono, ma il taglio un po’ troppo spesso era piuttosto duro anche da tagliare ed è per questo che ho tolto una palla nel mio giudizio. Sicuramente questo posto è un’eccellenza della ristorazione a Gaeta, quindi da provare anche se i prezzi vi possono sembrare alti.
