I visited this store for the first time a few days ago. Special mention to Nada and Alessandro, two truly impeccable professionals: kind, helpful, and attentive to every customer need. Nada was courteous and smiling from the first moment, while Alessandro stood out for his precision and speed. I also really appreciated the store overall: clean, tidy, and with fast, efficient service. My compliments to the entire staff for their attention and the quality they offer. I will definitely be back, eventually making it a regular stop for my daily coffee! 💯

Italian local cafes are better, but the atmosphere is so conspicuous that you have to sit down and eat quickly, so I visited before heading to the airport because I wanted an iced drink. The staff were friendly, the interior was spacious, and the decor was beautiful. I'd heard that Starbucks in Italy isn't popular, but no matter which branch I visited, there were plenty of foreigners like me and Italians. I like reading books and not being rushed, so Starbucks makes me feel comfortable no matter where I go. The coffee wasn't as good as the other Milan locations, but it was still good. The best part is that Starbucks accepts credit cards everywhere I go, so I don't have to worry about breaking the bank.

Students take up seats, don't buy anything, there's nowhere to sit.

A regular stop for our Sunday coffee. It's often crowded with students and young workers with laptops, the music is relaxing, and the staff is always friendly and smiling. The restrooms could be improved as they're not always clean. There are also tables and chairs on the sidewalk for outside dining.

I needed to charge my phone, rest a bit, have a coffee and go to the bathroom, and all of that was possible here. The staff was a bit confused and had a bit of AJ issues, but we managed it in the end and I got a nice cold Americano with oat milk.
