Coffee roaster. Quite a selection, they also ship outside of Italy. I recommend them.

I adore this little shop—a term I chose aptly because, upon entering, it's like stepping back in time—for the furnishings. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and as for the quality of the products, well, it's one of the few must-haves left in the city for at least 40 years.

Everything's fine, it just takes a while even though there are 15 waiters running around.

Totally random: a walk in Palermo, so-so weather, wind, a slight disappointment with the climate... and suddenly my wife and I had one thought: we need real Sicilian coffee. And we need it now. That's how we ended up at Stagnitta. And let me just say this: it was amazing. The first espresso and the system literally froze. Mega Arabica—turbo smooth, zero bitterness, but with a subtle, full aroma that enters elegantly and lingers. A small cup, and the taste was as if someone had condensed an entire Sicilian summer into 25 ml. Seriously—even though it was average outside, we could feel the Sicilian sun in this coffee. A 10/10 atmosphere, a totally authentic vibe, no fuss, but full of passion. We dropped in by chance and left delighted. And lest it be just vacation euphoria—we bought coffee for home, and now we have this amazing flavor in our kitchen every day. And it still does the job.
