Nothing to say, you feel like you're in Bologna. I'd never been there before and followed the recommendation of friends.
Let's just say it was all good, but with some contradictions.
Few dishes, but very tempting. The food wasn't abundant, but very, very good.
The tagliatelle were plated quickly, and the prosciutto ragù was put aside without stirring, so the pasta stuck together. The stuffed zucchini was a bit tough. Both the first and second courses arrived without any side dishes, and after reporting this, we had to wait a while... Excellent wine and friendly service.

Excellent food, both the appetizers and the first courses.
Everything was well-cooked and carefully prepared, with delicious flavors.
It's a shame about the extremely rude waiter; I recommend changing him.
I'd only return if I were sure I wouldn't encounter him again.

Trattoria in the center of Bologna, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Traditional menu with dishes made with full respect for the regulations, from fresh pasta to main courses and desserts. Don't expect innovation, but high quality. The atmosphere is a bit dated, the service is precise, and the bill is more than fair.

A reservation is recommended 😉. The food is authentic, very tasty, and without (!) MSG 🤗. True Slow Food. The service is very attentive and friendly 👏. The trip to the trattoria is well worth it 🤗! No tourist traps!!! Thank you for the delicious food and the special Zuppa Inglese 👌.

Welcoming, with many beautiful lamps that pleasantly illuminate the space, good wines, and classic Bolognese dishes, including tortellini and passatelli in broth, ricotta tortelloni, and a generously sized cutlet Bolognese (I recommend ordering one for two), crescentine with cured meats and squacquerone cheese. The baked pumpkin vegetables are delicious, as are the delicious roast potatoes, and the exquisite cardoons with butter and parmesan.
And to finish off your meal, a delicious cream ice cream with Fabbri black cherries or a Minerbio pudding.

Appetizers with mixed cured meats, crescentine, and friggione.
Green tagliatelle with nettles and prosciutto, and bigoli with artichokes and ricotta.
Cutlet Bolognese, and to finish, sweets with zibibbo grapes.
Everything was delicious.
Excellent and courteous service.
I highly recommend it.
