The burgers are excellent 🤩🤩🤩 the best I've ever had, the service is very, very good, and the place is very nice with good music and a very pleasant atmosphere 👍 I would definitely go back again

A small but very intimate and welcoming place. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The food is excellent. If you're passing through Prato, you absolutely must try it.

I'm in love with the mozzarella sticks they make at this restaurant! Delicious! It's now one of my favorite places! All the sandwiches are very good. They also have a variety of beers on tap. The staff is friendly and efficient. The price is fair. Highly recommended!

I really love it, a must-see in Prato. Amazing cocktails, but for me, a craft beer lover, they always have a variety of excellent options. Keep it up!

As a student from the university of new haven abroad program, Squisio was my favorite place to eat. The staff is very friendly, it is a good environment, and the food is amazing. I have zero complaints with this place, would highly recommend to everyone.

Everytime I come to have a meal here I leave smiling and having an amazing full stomach! The staff are so kind and the owner is so welcoming! The food is fresh and delicious! Definitely will remember Squisio as one of my favorite restaurants in Prato!

24/02/2026: The owner impressed me because he's so attentive to customer needs; the door had a problem, and when people left, it wouldn't close properly... but he was very attentive, immediately making sure the customers didn't arrive cold. He did it at least 7-8 times in one evening. And if there's this attention to the environment, it means there's a strong identity in the kitchen. In fact, the quality/price ratio is excellent, and you leave satisfied. Very satisfied.
