08/02/2026: A wonderful place nestled in a fairytale setting. Mr. Alberto (a great mountaineer and ski mountaineer) and his wife Cinzia run the refuge impeccably. To say it feels like home is an understatement: friendliness, hospitality, and quality products are just some of the things you'll find at Balmameris. The cuisine they offer is so good it makes it truly special. My partner and I will definitely be back!

08/02/2026: My partner and I visited Balma Meris after meeting Alberto, the chef of this enchanting and magical place. We enjoyed delicious lunch, created with love and, above all, with local ingredients. Alberto is an agronomist; his creations speak of his love for these lands, highlighting the raw materials produced by those who create culture through food. This is true sustainability. Cinzia, the owner, served us with courtesy and kindness. A huge round of applause for this place, which promotes culture and values, and makes everyone who enters feel welcome. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat healthily in a welcoming environment and support those who truly believe in what they do, putting their skills and passion to work.
