A true culinary experience that left us completely satisfied with our choice, which was also completely random, as we were just passing through Reggio. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about food and wine. We tried almost the entire menu and thoroughly enjoyed every dish, from appetizers to desserts, but the foie gras pâté... simply superb! The chef's Italian-French-Vietnamese touch is a definite plus. Kudos also for the wine selection. Highly recommended.

I was fascinated by a very charming place

Entrare alla Spumateria è come varcare la soglia di un mondo sospeso, dove il tempo rallenta e ogni dettaglio racconta una storia. Nel cuore pulsante del centro storico, questo locale è molto più di un semplice ristorante: è un’esperienza sensoriale. Ti senti accolto, coccolato, ascoltato. Il personale? Di una gentilezza rara. Attento senza essere invadente, sorridente, appassionato nel raccontare ogni ingrediente, ogni dettaglio. Ti fanno sentire davvero speciale.
