"An oasis of taste in the heart of Reggio: Spumante all'Opera" I was won over by this place! Located in the charming Galleria Cavour, it's the ideal place for those who love elegance and good food. The owners have created a refined atmosphere, where every detail is designed to provide a unique experience. I was impressed by the food and sparkling wines: an impeccable selection of gourmet dishes paired with sparkling wines perfect for any occasion. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. -Location: Central, easy to reach. I recommend booking. It's always busy, especially on weekends! For me, it's a MUST in Reggio! If you're looking for a mix of quality, style, and good taste, Spumante all'Opera will amaze you 😋.

We dropped in on a Friday evening in October for a quick bite to eat. We ordered two glasses of wine and some appetizers. The drinks were excellent, but the erbazzone dish with questionable croutons was a bit less so.

A true culinary experience that left us completely satisfied with our choice, which was also completely random, as we were just passing through Reggio. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about food and wine. We tried almost the entire menu and thoroughly enjoyed every dish, from appetizers to desserts, but the foie gras pâté... simply superb! The chef's Italian-French-Vietnamese touch is a definite plus. Kudos also for the wine selection. Highly recommended.
