We selected this restaurant because we could sit outside without any cars, and few people passing, as it is in a quieter side street.
Food, service and atmosphere were excellent.
We feel eating out in Ortigia with its hundreds of restaurants is "pot luck" when choosing a restaurant, but we struck gold this evening!

We were absolutely thrilled with our visit! When we arrived, the restaurant was completely booked. Instead of turning us away, the team promptly added an extra table for two people – a solution that truly impressed us. This level of flexibility and hospitality is something we don't take for granted.
We weren't disappointed with the food either: the dishes were fresh, lovingly prepared, and of a high standard. We would especially like to highlight the service – attentive, warm, and always with a smile.
All in all, an evening that we will remember fondly for a long time. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant.

We visited Trattoria Spizzulimu and had an overall positive experience. Even though the restaurant was completely full, the young waiter welcomed us very warmly and even set up an extra table for us – truly excellent service!
The food was equally impressive: the Insalata di Polpo was fresh and aromatic, and the gnocchi were delicious.
Overall, a very pleasant visit with friendly service and excellent food – highly recommended.
