I entered "by chance" with a friend on December 31st around 1.30pm and although it was already late we were welcomed with kindness and a smile by the "all-rounder" guy: pizza chef and waiter! The place is small but very original in its furnishings, the choice of pizzas is endless, the artisanal bottled beers are of excellent quality and variety. And we come to the pizza: supreme from the first to the last slice, already cold from the chatter we've had. Absolutely recommended!🔝

Small place in the historic center, but slightly out of the way, which is worth a visit for pizza lovers. Not many seats, but everything is well looked after and organized (perhaps only the transparent chairs are a little uncomfortable, at least if you don't have very thin legs). Tasty pizza, crunchy on the outside and soft enough on the inside with the crust, which is thick. Excellent ingredients, no exaggeration with salt so as not to cover the taste. The pizza is very digestible, does not make you thirsty and does not bloat. Good selection of beers. Better to book.

I passed by this little place several times, I always smelled an excellent pizza aroma, but I had never stopped given the continuous disappointment, as far as I'm concerned, of the other pizzerias in the area... .instead during a lunch break suffering from pizza withdrawal I decided to "follow my instinct"....and I did VERY WELL!!!!.....for confirmation I have already been there other times with my partner before to express myself and I have never been disappointed. Let's start from the place...small, essential, organized and very clean... The staff, always smiling and friendly which is no small feat, and moreover dynamic. THE ESSENCE.. .PIZZA.....then I'm sick of dough.....this is a VERY VERY good dough, which perhaps doesn't require extreme hydration or various carbons and turmeric, but it is a very balanced dough, not it covers the flavor of the condiments with excessive salt or oil, also because from the tomato to the fior di latte to the buffalo mozzarella etc. etc. they are all quality products......including, and here I get a little technical, the flour for the flour (for the less experienced, the one used to widen the dough) I think they use rice dough, which makes the dough crunchy without burning... although in any case their cooking has always been perfect in my case..... VERY GOOD. There is no shortage of a good selection of bottled beers, desserts from a well-known quality producer. A LITTLE GEM that for me is worth a 10 and praise, also because finally if I want I can mitigate my desire for pizza without having to hope to wake up in the morning thirsty, bloated and angry,😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Ahhh I forgot, they are very honest and are open practically always with opening hours that you can see on their Instagram or Facebook page, so if you are in the area and want a good pizza this is the right place!!!!!

New Milan restaurant, historic place, refined and pleasant environment, menu that offers interesting ideas with a sufficiently wide offering, delicious desserts. Friendly and helpful service. Worth it, recommended!

Prima volta nella nuova location. Pochi posti a sedere, ma prenotando in anticipo… Pizza senza buonissima, forse la più buona di Casale. La qualità degli ingredienti non si discute, prezzi in linea con la qualità trovata.
