Spirit In Milano

Last visit on Sunday 5 January 2025. The charm of a glassware shop converted to Milanese culture made of cuisine and music with a large stage and dance floor below. Easily accessible with good availability of roadside parking. A place known thanks to the Irish dancing evening on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Large warehouse tastefully set up with a characteristic ambience, good acoustic quality, excellent value for money. Of course, in winter the warmth of more contained and intimate places is missing. On the occasion of a dear friend's birthday, we enjoyed good typical local dishes with attentive table service and received another table on the side of the dance floor for the continuation of the concert: dinner and drinks for seven cost €245 in total. After the concert, Luca, the owner, gave the birthday boy temporary use of an atrium of the venue equipped with a cash register and a smaller stage to dance to the rhythm of some of our songs. Advised.

A nice place for milongas with live music

A place with a worthy atmosphere, a slightly retro but contemporary party atmosphere as we like it. Very kind staff, young, helpful and organised, always with a smile as indeed, Marisa is always with a smile, who goes around the tables jokingly, toasting and involving everyone. The only flaw is the cooking, not all the dishes were appreciated, sometimes too raw, or rather al dente. But then again, people come to dance, to enjoy excellent cocktails, beautiful music, excellent singers, witty and sociable people. Unfortunately our table (which in the initial confusion was not the one assigned) was a bit isolated and with 3 people a bit on their own, so we understand why the people to whom that table was assigned ran away. People come to the Spirit de Milan to socialize and party, so next time we'll be careful to have a table with people who want to join the local Spirit, the sulks will be there.

It is a place complete with order, cleanliness, polite hospitality, excellent food and lots of music!

Pleasant corporate evening, adequate space

Very nice and particular place, suitable for everyone, informal but very well kept and well organised. Warm and evocative atmosphere. Varied and quality programming. It will be a pleasure to return.

Definitely a very satisfying experience. It is one of the most evocative and characteristic venues in the metropolitan city of Milan. The service is excellent, the staff very friendly, ready to satisfy any type of need. The dishes are typical of the Milanese tradition. The risottos are definitely a must. The desserts are also worth trying. The wine from the area beyond Pavia is excellent. I highly recommend it to spend an evening in the company of friends, a large group... and then for those who love dancing and good music there will be nice surprises. Top

Bella serata con tavolata per i saluti d' ufficio con cena milanese. Pulito, simpatico, rilassante, fornito. Si fa anche musica e cabaret. "Insci veghen"!

Cena aziendale per un saluto prima delle ferie. Il locale si presta benissimo! Ampi spazi all’aperto (qualche zanzara), servizio rapido, piatti buoni (in particolare il risotto allo zafferano) ma dosi un po’ ridotte. Prezzo adeguato (e’ inclusa musica dal vivo). Location con fascino industriale retro’, molto particolare e gradevole. Vivace ma non chiassoso. Divertente.
