This restaurant has great reviews but we were disappointed with the service and would not recommend it but recognise we may have just been unlucky The restaurant was busy but we received our main course and then had to chase for the vegetables which arrives about 5 mins later, we asked for a pudding and eventually when it had still not arrived we just asked for the bill. When the bill arrived it included the desert, whilst the accepted we had not had this they wanted us to pay the full cost and then they would give us back cash for the dessert - this made no sense to us and we insisted on paying the correct cost. It was clear they had tried to serve 3 tables at once and were getting orders mixed up or delayed, instead of accepting they had got in wrong they started blaming lack of staff. The food was ok but other restaurants are better - the cafe which is attached to the restaurant is a great place for a pre dinner drink or lunch time snack

Bel posto, pulito e confortevole, silenzioso se non capiti nella sala sotto con uno sbruffone che ha strombazzato a tutta la sala le sue avventure su sci e altro, ma questo è un caso. Servizio rapido, personale simpatico e carino. Il cibo buono, anche la pizza, particolari i dolci.
