Title: A guarantee in Trieste! Excellent food and impeccable service We went to Spiller and the experience was excellent in every way. The food is excellent, and, importantly, the portions are generous: you'll definitely leave feeling full and satisfied. The service was impeccable; the staff is kind, attentive, and very fast. The restaurant is very large, spacious, and above all, spotlessly clean, making it a very pleasant experience. The prices are absolutely average and fair for the quality and quantity offered. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice and themed atmosphere, welcoming and friendly service, very good and varied food. Excellent beer. If you make a complicated request, it won't be served as requested, and the beer wait is long every other time. If you pay Roman fare under €25, they won't let you pay by card (€25 in cash is equivalent to €26.61 on card). Plus, they don't keep separate bills.
