Cooked shank b.t. tender but with little character. The rind should be edible without difficulty. The worst thing is the strudel: in a stube, where the products are Adigean or Bavarian, the filling was passable, but the pastry looked like chewing gum. The best thing was the ice cream topping. Furthermore, the prices are not fast food prices. I am sorry.
