The best meat I've ever eaten. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. Special thanks to Umberto, Paula, and Lais. Hands down, the best restaurant in Fregene and the surrounding area.

I visited this corner of paradise with my boyfriend to escape the chaos of Rome and eat EXCELLENT QUALITY meat. Everything was impeccable, from appetizers to dessert. The owner explained the various types of meat to us so we could choose, and we trusted him. The meat melted in our mouths; I've never tasted meat so flavorful! Besides the top-quality food, the friendly service was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

We returned years after our first experience, but the quality of the meat is always excellent. Umberto is a great host and will give you the best recommendations. Good wine selection. Average prices for quality meat.

10/06/2026: Taverna Lino was a wonderful find during our stay in Rome. Conveniently located just around the corner from the Vatican Museum and close to our hotel, it was the perfect spot for a relaxed light dinner after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed a delicious Pizza Napoli, a fresh and light salad, and a couple of Aperol Spritzes to round off the meal. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. What impressed us most was the excellent service. The waiters were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the evening, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely return for another meal. We can wholeheartedly recommend Taverna Lino to anyone looking for good food, friendly service, and a pleasant dining experience near the Vatican Museum.

Pizzeria Stravinskij

07/12/2025: The pizza is good, but sometimes it gets burned on the edges (very black, not just a little, but a lot). I didn't like the tiramisu: too much cream and too dry ladyfingers. The crema catalana and the supplì are good, too.
