Typical restaurant in the historic center of Pienza! Tuscan atmosphere, courtesy of the staff, genuine and very good food (exquisite Florentine steak and scottona tartare)!

We had an incredible meal at Sperone Nudo! The atmosphere in the small restaurant is welcoming and refined, the food options are outstanding, all homemade and carefully locally sourced, the steak we ate literally melted in our mouths, and the attention of the service staff was impeccable. Luca, our server, suggested an outstanding bottle of local wine and provided great hospitality. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in the area.

Today we were lucky to have found a place for 4 to eat Pici with truffles, fabulous and tasting of cheese. A small place as you like it. Well done to whoever manages it

Paramos para una cena ligera y disfrutamos de nuestros platos de pasta. Era fresco, así que solo dentro de los asientos y estaba casi lleno, pero el propietario nos encontró una mesa. El servicio fue excelente

Friendly and helpful staff, considering that there were 9 of us and the place is small (but very nice) they managed to satisfy us and accommodate us. really good traditional Tuscan dishes. The TOP Florentine. Advised. Better to book in advance.

in the very center of Pienza, a place with attention to every detail, excellent food and more than excellent service in terms of kindness and professionalism. We ate a selection of pecorino cheeses, delicious natural meat tartare, pici all'aglione and carbonara, all excellent. Price appropriate to the place and the wine which in this area is never indifferent. Very recommended.
