24/03/2025: Moro restaurant was a real discovery, offering us a truly explosive gastronomic experience for the palate. Each dish is a pleasure for both the eyes and the taste buds.
In addition to the dishes chosen from the menu, the meal begins with a selection of mini welcome tastings, which prepare the palate in the best possible way. Halfway through the dinner, warm, delicious and fragrant bread is served. The small shot of mandarin, offered before dessert, is a fresh and pleasant note that enhances the end of the meal.
The dessert La Tavolozza con i Colori is an experience that is absolutely worth trying: you feel like a painter intent on creating your own work before tasting it.
The staff is extremely courteous, professional and attentive to the needs of the guests. Delicious miniature desserts are also served with the coffee, a much appreciated finishing touch.
If I really had to find a detail that was less in line with my tastes, I would say that the decor is a bit aseptic. However, the quality of the cuisine and the originality of the menu more than make up for this aspect.
If I have the chance, I will gladly return to taste their delicious creations again. Congratulations for the imagination and creativity of the menu!
11/03/2025: Abbiamo optato per la degustazione dedicata alla cucina siciliana, tutto buonissimo, in particolare lo sgombro e il risotto alle sarde, spettacolari. Cassata super. Vino scelto per l’occasione uno splendido chardonnay Didacus di Planeta. Menzione speciale per pane ed affini, danno dipendenza. Servizio impeccabile, gestito da giovani ragazzi molto preparati, cortesi e disponibili. Location un po’ freddina per i miei gusti, da un ristorante siciliano mi aspettavo più calore/colore. Ci tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare alla carta altri piatti che ho visto solo passare….
