Excellent trattoria in San Salvario, offering typical Piedmontese dishes that are worth trying. I tried the vitello tonnato and several first courses (agnolotti del plin, gnocchi with Castelmagno and tagliatelle with Si Bra sausage ragout) and they all lived up to expectations. Friendly, helpful staff and good value for money. The only flaw is the slowness of the service

Small and welcoming, these are the first impressions upon entering, I then discover that it is small but not too much, let's say just enough to make the customer feel pampered. A menu that is not too vast but well balanced, simple but refined, as is the wine list. The presence of the chef in the room is an added value, you can perceive attention to detail. Certainly worth meal time

Non facile trovare in San Salvario, a Torino, un ristorante che non sia approssimativo e mediocre: questo non lo è! Le portate, non numerose, provengono in massima parte dalla tradizione piemontese e sono preparate in modo eccellente; semplicità e sapienza culinaria sono la prova della professionalità e capacità dello chef. Le portate potrebbero essere più abbondanti, ma la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell'unica persona in sala compensa questa voglia che resta quando il piatto è vuoto. Unica nota dolente: la lentezza del servizio (serata sfortunata, la mia, oppure la regola?). Lo raccomando!
