Finally, a restaurant that doesn't always do the same old thing. I had the blue paccheri with swordfish cream and eggplant cream. WOW, delicious. Perhaps the paccheri were a little too al dente, but otherwise, nothing to complain about. The cheesecake was also excellent; you could tell they were made with top-quality ingredients, and at least the price I paid was worth it. I'd also like to add that the service was incredibly fast. I arrived at 9:30 and had to leave at 10:00, but I still had time to order my first course and dessert. Highly recommended.
PS. I'm back after a year, and I stand by my review.

The restaurant is located on Viale Aldo Moro, with other nearby restaurants. The waiters were friendly, the food was not as good as it should be. The paccheri with red prawns on a cream of zucchini soup was essentially a mini prawn cut into tiny pieces. The cream of zucchini soup was covered in sauce, so only the color was there. The rice with prawns was essentially a small prawn. The restaurant was empty. You'll find better. I wouldn't recommend it.

Passing through Olbia to charge our car, we stopped at this restaurant again this year. It's cute and well-organized, with friendly and knowledgeable staff and good, well-presented food.

Cena di pesce in questo ristorante molto carino ed elegante non lontano dal centro di Olbia. Abbiamo scelto una spigola al forno con contorno di verdure grigliate. Buona qualità del prodotto e servizio cortese.

In viaggio per lavoro sono capitato in questo ristorante per caso ed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa.
Cozze gratinate strepitose, trancio di salmone col pistacchio eccellente (mai mangiato così buono) e chiusura con un mirto della cantina Tani di Monti (da loro consigliato), che è automaticamente diventato il mio preferito...e io faccio il mirto in casa da sempre.
Davvero complimenti, a prestissimo.
