I went to By Night on October 21, 2025, for dinner.
Impeccable service. The waitress was able to recommend the perfect pairings.
I had a fresh pasta with red mullet for the first course, and a Mediterranean-style sea bream for the second course, the catch of the day.
Everything was delicious!
I couldn't order dessert because I was full, otherwise I would have gladly ordered it.
I had a table next to me that was a bit noisy. Without much hesitation, they immediately changed our table.
Thanks to the whole team.
Excellent value for money.

By Night: to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
If you're in Olbia, this restaurant will win you over from the moment you arrive: a refined atmosphere, young and professional staff, and dishes that are surprising in both taste and presentation. Each course is a small masterpiece, prepared with quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the desserts are irresistible. We didn't try any meat-based dishes.
Kudos to the entire team: By Night is a guarantee of pleasure and quality.

Finally, a restaurant that doesn't always do the same old thing. I had the blue paccheri with swordfish cream and eggplant cream. WOW, delicious. Perhaps the paccheri were a little too al dente, but otherwise, nothing to complain about. The cheesecake was also excellent; you could tell they were made with top-quality ingredients, and at least the price I paid was worth it. I'd also like to add that the service was incredibly fast. I arrived at 9:30 and had to leave at 10:00, but I still had time to order my first course and dessert. Highly recommended.
PS. I'm back after a year, and I stand by my review.
