Everything just tasted absolutely amazing there.From the starters to the main dish.Fresh good quality products.You can literally tell they make the food with love.I am a big spaghetti vongole lover and I have to say it beats most places in Sardegna.

10 of us had dinner, 4 children and 6 adults, excellent cuisine, fresh raw materials, cleanliness like few others, excellent first appetizers and second courses, the cod cooked by God, amazing pumpkin risotto, highly recommended, if I have to make a suggestion, add a few dishes vegetarian plus, congratulations to all the staff

I recently had the pleasure of revisiting BY NIGHT restaurant, a place that holds many memorable moments for me, especially as a pre- or post-nightclub destination. The recent renovations have truly elevated the ambiance, creating a more upscale fine dining experience while still retaining the friendly vibe of the staff, which always adds to the enjoyment. During our meal, we tried several fish dishes, and overall, they were delicious. The carpaccio was particularly outstanding and a highlight of the evening. However, I did find that the cozze gratinate were slightly overcooked and a bit dry, which detracted from their potential. Additionally, while the pasta was enjoyable, I think a little less oil would enhance the dish further. The company we had made the experience even more delightful. With a few adjustments to some dishes, I believe it could reach even greater heights. I look forward to returning and seeing how the menù evolves!

In vacanza ad Olbia, ho scoperto questo ristorante e devi dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito. Il locale si presenta molto bene, pulito moderno ee tranquillo. Il menu è davvero speciale, pesce fresco cucinato in modo ottimo così come la presentazione dei piatti, aggiungo anche che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono. Concludo facendo i complimenti ai camerieri per la loro gentilezza e complimenti a tutto lo staff del ristorante. Sarà una tappa fissa appena avrò occasione di ritornare ad Olbia

La comida era excelente el mejor pescado que he tenido en Olbia. La esposa tenía filete derretido en su boca. El servicio era excelente no podría ser más servicial o atento. Regresaremos.
