Spadaforadessert In Pavia

In this pastry shop we found a truly well-kept and distinctive location. The dessert display is also beautiful. The ginseng was delicious but unfortunately the brioche we ordered with ricotta and pear cream was a little dry, it certainly wasn't fresh that day. A real shame... For the rest it is a place that I would recommend for a breakfast or sweet snack! Correct prices and friendly staff.

I met in this pastry shop with an entrepreneur friend to work together on the developments of his company. As soon as I entered I was struck by the counter, on which there were, in perfect order, some "works of art": half spheres of chocolate and multicolored macarons, miniature pastries and elegant and inspiring cakes and then some trays of chiacchiere, already packaged, who whispered “take me”… We sat down and Sabrina, kind and with a beautiful smile, took the order: a coffee and a ginseng macchiato, accompanied by a cannoli and a fruit tart. I asked Sabrina to kindly remind me to take away a tray of those chatter, rightly "talking"🤣. After a few minutes Alessandro arrived with the order: without asking, he gave each their own. We appreciated both his professionalism and the pasta. Delicious! Then we started working intensely. Without disturbing us, Riccardo came to clear the table for us, to make us more comfortable taking notes on the ideas we were developing. After more than an hour Sabrina arrived to inform me that she was switching off and reminding me of my chatter. Kind and thoughtful too, Another half hour and we got up: I went to the register to collect my chatter and off we went, running home. After dinner, however light, the apotheosis: I don't remember having enjoyed such crunchily delicious chiacchiere! They seemed too many for me and Bettina... we brushed them off one after the other 😋 I'd say they alone are worth the trip. Really good everyone!

Excellent pastry shop, the best in Pavia in my opinion, the only flaw was a shortcoming which I would like to point out to you in order to improve...I got some very good pastries only that the box in which they were placed did not have any sticker or bow to keep it closed and therefore I suggest you use something to keep the box closed.. For the rest everything is excellent and the coffee is also excellent .

I got a very good almond and pistachio croissant and also the 5 star vanilla macarons

Tested at the time of opening with satisfaction, unfortunately I find myself noticing the great decline in quality of the products with a decidedly inversely proportional increase in prices. Chocolate not up to the standard of other places, finished cream..., lack of a menu, probably not prepared to handle too many people. If we add to this that parking is difficult to find, unfortunately other places are better.

The products are of undoubted high quality, in fact we go back often and the place is really nice. The relationship with customers (when the owner is not present!) needs to be improved. I cite just one example. Ordered savory croissants (very good). I paid for them in advance as I would have sent 1 other person to collect them and told the cashier to write "paid" on the order ticket. I think I said it 3 times. Upon collection the bartender insisted that they hadn't been paid enough to call me at home to confirm. Luckily we had the receipt. Come on. Another episode in October, I purchased 4 packaged tarts to give as gifts. I had to beg to receive 4 separate envelopes (which they didn't give me). It doesn't exist. Guys, learn the trade! Pavia is full of excellent pastry shops, be careful, customers will leave.

The desserts are certainly of excellent quality.

Panettone SPETTACOLARE....gusto consistenza aspetto e confezione veramente ottimi.....già conoscevo l dolci e abbiamo voluto provare il panettone "Limited Edition"....BRAVVISSIMI💪💪💪

Meno Male che abito lontano,perché con una pasticceria vicino casa così ingrasserei tantissimo.. Locale pulito e la ragazza che ci ha servito al tavolo è stata davvero super gentile. Ho letto nelle recensioni precedenti commenti negativi sul personale ,io l' ho trovato cordiale Passiamo ai dolci che dire... Super buoni,dolci in giro così ne ho mangiati ma la crema pasticcera è una delle più buone mai mangiate . Cappuccino di soia perfetto. Ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio
