Lots of delicious choices to satisfy even the most greedy. I only found the price of the loose chocolates a bit high. The service was excellent and very friendly. A nice touch: the manager, wearing a hat, looked more like a tourist than a worker. Perhaps a badge or uniform would help distinguish him better.

20/09/2025: More than a dinner... it's a journey of expertly reinterpreted dishes that speak of the local area. We didn't try the menu but opted for the à la carte menu, and I must say we were very satisfied. Our least favorite was the dessert, but above all, the Sambucana sheep, the Pesio sturgeon, the spaghetti with Castelmagno cheese, the macaroni, and the pork with mushrooms were truly top-notch. The price, as we know, is high for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it's definitely worth it. The service was prompt, never over the top, truly perfect. The restaurant has been beautifully renovated. We'll be back to try the menu.

08/11/2025: A great experience. The owner and her daughter are very kind. The food is excellent quality and you can taste it. Plus, while you wait for your order to arrive, they offer you their own high-quality Ligurian extra virgin olive oil, their own bread, and salt. Recommended.
30/10/2025: I'm very pleasantly surprised! The service was exceptionally friendly!!! The food was delicious! Despite the language barrier, we communicated without any problems. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
