We passed by last night, intrigued by this very aesthetically pleasing place, and we're going back this morning for breakfast after a 20 minute drive. It's a shame that I couldn't eat practically anything because in addition to having the croissant counter quite empty at 10.30 they don't have any gluten-free or lactose-free desserts, no fruit. My breakfast was a glass of almond milk. It would take very little to manage people with intolerances... even a simple caprese cake could be eaten by those who have an intolerance to wheat and milk but there is a lack of attention to this type of problem. The food industry is full of gluten-free products if you don't have a dedicated laboratory. I give it to you as advice.... Take action in this sense... The trend towards the development of food intolerances is growing and will get worse! PS: I thank the owner for the friendly response. I confirm that I asked at the counter and spoke to a dark-haired lady who inquired if there were still vegan croissants but unfortunately they were out of stock. However, I was not told that you have gluten-free products available, which is why I wrote the review asking you to take action in this sense. Maybe a few more words spent to make me understand that you usually have products for intolerants but that they were out of stock, would have led me to return without expressing my discontent in a review. In any case, thank you. I hope to return next year to taste your croissants and pastries.
