Location molto elegante anche se un po' "asettica". Piatti particolari e accostamenti insoliti. Eleganza e professionalità da parte di tutto lo staff.

An evening of excellence. Congratulations for the interesting and refined evening of Friday 20 June. A true sensory experience, the result of the perfect synergy between the mastery of Chef Fabio, the impeccable welcome and professionalism of Gloria and the winery Terre d’Erce, from Abruzzo. An evening where skills, flavours, aromas and combinations were expertly measured to offer guests a truly memorable experience. Among the courses, the "Tartelletta di trota salmonata" with lumpfish roe, crème fraiche and dill was particularly striking for its balance and freshness. The "Salvatore Sabatini" Brut 24 months was also highly appreciated. The "Pomodoro arrostito" with razor clams offered an interesting interpretation of the combination of sea and land. The "Risotto with scallops, yuzu and seaweed is an authentic masterpiece of delicacy and harmony, enhanced by the perfect pairing with the "Pecorino Mottagrossa" Terre di Chieti IGP. The second courses are also excellent: "Monkfish" and "lamb", both cared for in the smallest details, both in the execution and in the pairing with the wines. And no less so the dessert "Black Forest Gateau" accompanied by the red "AnnìAnnì" Terre di Chieti IGP. An evening that was able to excite and leave the desire for a future occasion.
