We came specifically to Turin for a vegan weekend.
Soul Kitchen is a very beautiful and essential location, tastefully furnished, with soft lights, background music to create an intimate and relaxing environment.
The welcome is informal and warm, immediately arousing empathy with the guests.
The wine list is full of "enjoyable" labels from various Italian and foreign regions, the service in the room is attentive, smiling and professional,
but above all, chef Luca Andrè and his staff manage to excite with their vegetable haute cuisine.
A perfect combination of tradition and innovation in breaking down stereotypes and defeating the "meat paradox".
We were curious to try the 3D printed meat, already tried elsewhere, but here it is truly exceptional.
We recommend it!!!

The dishes were really good and beautiful to look at, but the service was too slow and, having an afternoon commitment, we left after eating only two dishes and had to give up dessert despite having been at the table for a good 2 hours.
We will definitely be back because the food is good, let's hope they speed up the cooking a little more.

It is a starred restaurant in all respects!
I had dinner with my wife and tried EXPERIENCE: a dinner with. a 9-course journey into their vision of cuisine.
It was fantastic. Probably the best dining experience of my life!

Excellent experience, very particular and delicious plant-based dishes. We chose the "translation and innovation" menu and the combined "Piemonte" wine tasting and were thrilled.
The service is excellent, we felt truly pampered!

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante la sera di ferragosto, malgrado non avessimo prenotato lo staff ci ha comunque trovato un posticino e ne siamo stati molto felici perché eravamo proprio curiosi di assaggiare i loro piatti. È stata una cena molto ricercata, con piatti colorati e ricchi di prodotti lavorati alla perfezione. I prezzi non sono bassi ma dietro ad ogni pietanza ci sono molto lavoro e una meticolosa ricerca. Mio marito ed io non beviamo alcolici quindi non sono una intenditrice del settore, ma mi è sembrato che la carta dei vini fosse ricca e che la sommelier fosse molto preparata. Sono rimasta affascinata dai sapori di un piatto in particolare che si chiama Rotolando verso est con tofu, cetrioli, aglio nero, ananas ma sono stati molto buoni anche gli antipasti. L'avevo già scoperto ma questo ristorante è la prova che la cucina vegetale offre tanti spunti davvero interessanti e un futuro migliore e più sano per tutti.
