the service is super attentive and courteous, the atmosphere intimate. trying the tasting menu "tradition and innovation" I was surprised by some combinations (especially leek and popcorn) and by the 3D printed meat. excellent experience to be enjoyed once in a lifetime

I was really satisfied with my experience at Soul Kitchen. I had dinner with my vegetarian girlfriend while I am intolerant to dairy products, so a vegan place is the best choice for both of us.
The environment is right in the center behind the royal gardens, and although it doesn't offer who knows what view from the windows it is tastefully furnished inside and very welcoming. Perhaps the only criticism is that with the room full the background noise was slightly too loud.
The food was excellent and presented very well. I found some combinations a little "heavy" after the first bites due to my personal taste (my girlfriend liked them).
The staff was very kind and very courteous, they made us spend a very pleasant evening.
We will definitely be back!

Very nice restaurant, basic, no frills (excellent), with a nice atmosphere, perfect lights. Very friendly and helpful staff. I chose the tradition and innovation menu. The entrée, a quenelle of fermented dried fruit, was spectacular (a very particular flavour). The second course was the only dish that at first glance left me dumbfounded because it looked like meat. All dishes from the starter to the small pastries were excellent. In my opinion it is an excellent vegan restaurant suitable for everyone, even the most sceptical

This is the second time we have dined at Soul Kitchen, and it has once again proven to be an excellent choice. Lights and music create a calm and relaxed environment that puts you at ease. The staff knows how to take care of the customer impeccably throughout the evening, and the food is obviously an experience that should be had at least once in a lifetime (but also twice or three times). Attention to detail and care in everything you do are absolutely the strong points of this restaurant. I highly recommend!

Dinner for couples, we chose the personalized "5 course" menu (choice from the menu) plus the initial aperitif, it is a complete gastronomic experience, offering a wide range of flavors and textures.
I recommend trying the aperitif: a roller coaster ride, well guided and balanced, refined and surprising. Everything was to our liking, some dishes particularly moved us such as the Risotto and the exceptional plin, the redefine, the reconstructed carrot... I chose the terrarium dessert and literally found myself in the undergrowth... the small pastry shop closed the round of dances impeccably, top!
For us the visual impact is very important as "we eat with our eyes first", everything was plated with harmony and refinement.
In the succession of courses and tastings, the extra edge emerges without a shadow of a doubt: "dedication, commitment, love" for what one does.
Thank you, certainly for the good food, but even more for the important message you spread.

Finalmente siamo riusciti a pranzare in questo ristorante. Viste le recensioni, avevamo alte aspettative, che non sono state deluse…anzi superate. Abbiamo provato il percorso di 9 portate. Siamo stati informati che avrebbe richiesto 3 ore circa. Quindi ci siamo lasciati coccolare. Abbiamo fatto bene perché è stato un trionfo di sapori e sapienti accostamenti. Torneremo senza dubbio. Grazie a tutti per il lavoro, dallo chef allo staff tutti super attenti. Grazie

Ero a Torino per un evento e volevo un qualcosa di vegetariano. Ho chiesto a Claude che anche questa volta mi ha saputo consigliare ottimamente. Ho optato per un menù degustazione da 5 portate,e sono rimasto totalmente soddisfatto ☺️☺️☺️ 5 bruni!
Il tartufo era inserito,con sapienza, in buona parte delle portate. Ottimo sapore senza invadere. Il dolce era buonissimo,non aveva quel sapore stucchevole in bocca e la salsa al vermouth era un ottimo accompagnamento.
Mi voglio però soffermare su due piatti:
-Plin: la consistenza della pasta era giusta per la preparazione,così come consistenza e sapore del ripieno. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il fondo di verdure,sapido al punto giusto
-la Carne: la Redefined Meat è stata qualcosa di spettacolare. Praticamente era indistinguibile da uno spezzatino di vitellone,come consistenza,sapore e forma.
Coulis di lamponi,quenelle di frutta secca affumicata,cialda di pane croccante
Porro e tartufo
Plin ripieni di soia,fondo di verdure e tartufo
Brasato al barolo:
"Carne" Redefined Meat(pisello,soia e grano stampata in 3d) , con granella di nocciole e tartufo, con pure e cacao
Gran Torino:Nocciola e cacao ,copertura cioccolato fondente e salsa al vermouth
Piccola pasticceria:
Macaron di chantilly al limone, gianduiotto e biscotto al carbone vegetale e fava tonka
