An exceptional culinary experience! Food that excites the palate, the senses, and the eye! A location of the same gastronomic caliber. It's a shame the menu and wine list aren't available on request. The requirement to order at least two courses from the à la carte menu is unwelcome. The wine is served warm. The air conditioning is directed at the diners. The service doesn't live up to the cuisine.

We chose the single-zucca menu. Simply extraordinary, and anything but predictable. We were truly surprised by the various pairings from start to finish. Kudos to the chef for this wonderful journey of flavors, and to the entire team, who were brilliant. A wonderful evening. It's always a pleasure to return.

Great experience!
There were three of us, and we chose the six-course menu each.
This was our first vegan experience, and we were truly amazed by the attention to detail with which the dishes were prepared.
A truly worthwhile experience.

We came to Turin on vacation partly to return to Soul Kitchen, which we'd frequented several times a few years ago. We loved the informal, original atmosphere and the consistently original dishes: for us, it was the best Italian restaurant. What a disappointment the other night: the white tablecloths were like a nursing home refectory, the black ones like a card table; the menu, which used to be rich and delicious (we always chose the strangest dishes), has now been reduced to a few courses with little choice. There are two main courses based on refined meats and two desserts, both chocolate-based (so if you don't like fake meat or chocolate, pass). The explosion of flavors we remembered has been replaced by savory and salty. The positive note: the warm Barbera sandwich that accompanied the giardiniera. I hate to write this, but given the potential and the quality of the place, this dinner was a huge disappointment.

Overall, a good experience: the food was very carefully prepared and refined, but it was difficult to digest, perhaps over-processed. The 3D-printed meat made me nauseous after the first bite.

The food was good, but service and pacing should be better given the price. I made the reservation weeks ago and the menu I had chosen was no longer available. The staff apparently tried to call me, but couldn’t get through because I am here as a tourist and have a foreign number. Of course they didn’t bother to try WhatsApp or email when they were unable to complete a long distance call. Instead of being apologetic, they behaved as if I were in the wrong and acted like they were doing me a huge favour by serving me food that night, which I found unprofessional. Some courses were served within seconds of clearing the plates and one I waited 30 minutes for. I’ve been to several fine dining establishments previously and this was the worst pacing I have seen. I ordered the wine pairing, which said had 5 wines, but ended up being 3 wines and 2 liqueurs. The wines were good, but the pours were less than typical with a pairing, and I sat with an empty glass for the main course dish without them asking if I wanted a refill or to order another glass (Totally unacceptable in a fine dining setting). The two liqueurs were too sweet and felt unbalanced with the desserts. One was a tabbacco liqueur which made me feel sick (although smokers may like it). So I would definitely suggest that the restaurant makes it known to customers what they are getting when they do the pairing, as it definitely was a waste of money for me. If I had been told it wasn’t a proper wine pairing I wouldn’t have ordered it. I gave 3 stars because the food was decent, but combined with service it just wasn’t good enough to charge €123 for one person and the standards aren’t quite there to be called fine dining yet. With a few tweaks it could be a lot better.

Soul kitchen in an austere setting, when form destroys the soul.
The cuisine certainly has a lot to offer—good technique, quality ingredients, and a good wine list—but then what? It all begins and ends there: the service is deliberately too formal for my taste, even the minimalist, Nordic atmosphere clashes with the name, "soul kitchen," and to top it all off, you're playing posh and sitting on awful plastic chairs. A little more substance and less showiness would be much appreciated.

The restaurant is minimalist but has a pleasant atmosphere, with beautiful lighting and well-spaced tables that encourage conversation. We chose the à la carte menu, which was satisfying (except for the "fake meat"). It's unfortunate that a service mix-up caused a delay between courses, which was remedied by the complimentary dessert. We appreciated the gesture. We'll be back.

Era la sera di San Giovanni, Torino in festa! Ma abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare questo locale aperto. Non ci sono molte parole per descrivere il luogo ma soprattutto il cibo! Raffinato, fresco, materia prima eccellente! Impiattamenti impeccabili. Sapori nuovi da scoprire. Cortesia del titolare in una location insolita ma piacevolissima. Semplicemente un ristorante da stella Michelin! Bravi!!!!
