I went to The Soul Kitchen Torino for a family dinner, with the opportunity to celebrate an important milestone. We opted for the Experience Menu, 9 courses.
At the table there were vegetarian and omnivorous people (me).
We were all pleasantly surprised by all the dishes. Although, due to my personal taste, some delighted me greatly (risi e bisi, savory cannoli), others less so (aspic), all the courses showed extraordinary attention and care in pairing, taste and presentation.
I discovered new flavors, both in food and in wine (Orange Wine).
Welcoming and flexible owner in adapting the menu to specific allergy needs.
Trained staff. The only flaw - on the way out we asked for a glass of water, denied because they would have had to open a bottle of water.
One star less for the ambience, but that's just my taste - I found the ambience a bit dark and cold.

When the human mind creates wonderful things to enjoy with the palate and the eyes. We don't go to other restaurants anymore. Very kind and highly trained staff. We love this place.

The kitchen offers various options, all vegan! We opted for a mid-range route.
The search for proposals is very careful with courageous but effective combinations!
The service, however, was disappointing and did not live up to the proposal offered.
We felt a little uncomfortable as we received some requests regarding course changes

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante la sera di ferragosto, malgrado non avessimo prenotato lo staff ci ha comunque trovato un posticino e ne siamo stati molto felici perché eravamo proprio curiosi di assaggiare i loro piatti. È stata una cena molto ricercata, con piatti colorati e ricchi di prodotti lavorati alla perfezione. I prezzi non sono bassi ma dietro ad ogni pietanza ci sono molto lavoro e una meticolosa ricerca. Mio marito ed io non beviamo alcolici quindi non sono una intenditrice del settore, ma mi è sembrato che la carta dei vini fosse ricca e che la sommelier fosse molto preparata. Sono rimasta affascinata dai sapori di un piatto in particolare che si chiama Rotolando verso est con tofu, cetrioli, aglio nero, ananas ma sono stati molto buoni anche gli antipasti. L'avevo già scoperto ma questo ristorante è la prova che la cucina vegetale offre tanti spunti davvero interessanti e un futuro migliore e più sano per tutti.

Cibo ineccepibile. Di alta qualità e da entusiasmarsi
Hanno dei seri problemi con il conto. Non tanto per il prezzo quanto per la miseria con cui ti dicono che ti fanno uno sconto con aria contrita per 45 centesimi, perché non hanno il resto. Avrebbe senso procurarsi delle monetine o arrotondare un po’ di piu.
La mancia l’avrei data volentieri,per arrotondare ,se la Sommelier non avesse detto ‘allora vi faccio uno sconto di 45 centesimi’…

We went to celebrate a friend's wedding anniversary with our respective children.
We found an area dedicated to us with a large table and space for the children to play during dinner without hindering the service of the restaurant (a very welcome choice).
Everything was very well looked after, local dishes, service, quality of the raw materials.
We took the tradition and innovation menu and also a 5-course choice menu (very honest price considering the service offered).
Dishes all very well prepared and with quality raw materials, we tasted a bit of everything, some really excellent, others in our opinion less so, but the taste is always very relative.
Very wide and selected choice of natural wines (without added sulphites). We took a spectacular orange wine, highly recommended.
High quality vegetable pastries.
Overall a beautiful evening recommended for those who love vegetable and non-vegetable cuisine.

I went to Soul Kitchen for the first time with a friend of mine, she's strictly vegan, I'm an avid meat eater.
We decided to try the Tradition and Innovation menu, which proposes the typical dishes of Piedmontese cuisine in a vegetal key, which included a small welcome entrée, starter, first course, second course and dessert, plus small pastries to accompany the coffee.
It was a real journey to discover this world completely unknown to me, from the watermelon carpaccio, to the 3D printed redefine meat, to the truffle, to the mix of flavors that competed on the palate.
Truly congratulations, for all the dedication and passion that are inevitably transmitted in every single dish.
Compliments to the kindness and competence of the staff, excellent.
Experience absolutely worth repeating 💜
