Dining at Soul Kitchen was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting – a perfect balance of cozy and modern that made us feel at home right away. The service was attentive and friendly without ever feeling intrusive.
But the true highlight was, of course, the food. Every dish we tried was a burst of creativity and flavor – beautifully presented and made with clear attention to detail. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
Dishes are always very refined, innovative, surprising but above all good!
You can see that there is a lot of study and dedication behind each dish.
Even the bread and breadsticks are homemade which is something that few do of such high quality. I wanted to underline this because it is not banal and it is from details like this that you understand that the place deserves a lot.

Young and super polite staff, excellent wine list, but above all --- a UNIQUE offer of bitters!
PS. on the menu they also have offers of alcohol-free wine, proving the attention to new trends and innovation

The room is beautiful, with a rough beauty with artfully peeling walls in shades of blue. The service is impeccable and at the same time pleasantly informal. The food is very good and interesting. The best dish by far among those I ordered was an appetizer with watermelon and truffle. One of those cases where unexpected combinations turn out to be magnificently fortunate. The most exciting dish was instead the vegetable meat made with the 3D printer, let's be clear it is not yet wonderful or perfect, but is it possible that it really is the first step for which in a couple of generations they will say "but did our grandparents really eat pieces of dead animals to have this"? (very good and beautiful to look at in the glass the rosé bubbles)

Premettendo che non sono vegana o vegetariana, consiglio pienamente questa esperienza di cucina vegetale, che mi ha piacevolmente impressionato.
Il locale si mostra elegante ed essenziale, con una giusta atmosfera intima; il personale gentile e sempre disponibile, senza mai essere invadente.
Dal menù e dalla preparazione dei piatti traspare l'idea di cucina dello chef, in grado di esaltare appieno ogni sapore della materia prima utilizzata, anche grazie agli abbinamenti adottati.
Il contoè a mio avviso in linea con la qualità e la lavorazione dei piatti.

Given that I am not vegan or vegetarian, I fully recommend this plant-based cuisine experience, which pleasantly impressed me.
The restaurant is elegant and essential, with the right intimate atmosphere; the staff is kind and always available, without ever being intrusive.
The chef's idea of cuisine shines through from the menu and the preparation of the dishes, capable of fully enhancing every flavor of the raw material used, also thanks to the combinations adopted.
The bill is in my opinion in line with the quality and preparation of the dishes.

Ero a Torino per un evento e volevo un qualcosa di vegetariano. Ho chiesto a Claude che anche questa volta mi ha saputo consigliare ottimamente. Ho optato per un menù degustazione da 5 portate,e sono rimasto totalmente soddisfatto ☺️☺️☺️ 5 bruni!
Il tartufo era inserito,con sapienza, in buona parte delle portate. Ottimo sapore senza invadere. Il dolce era buonissimo,non aveva quel sapore stucchevole in bocca e la salsa al vermouth era un ottimo accompagnamento.
Mi voglio però soffermare su due piatti:
-Plin: la consistenza della pasta era giusta per la preparazione,così come consistenza e sapore del ripieno. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il fondo di verdure,sapido al punto giusto
-la Carne: la Redefined Meat è stata qualcosa di spettacolare. Praticamente era indistinguibile da uno spezzatino di vitellone,come consistenza,sapore e forma.

Porro e tartufo
Plin ripieni di soia,fondo di verdure e tartufo
Brasato al barolo:

Gran Torino:Nocciola e cacao ,copertura cioccolato fondente e salsa al vermouth
Piccola pasticceria:
Macaron di chantilly al limone, gianduiotto e biscotto al carbone vegetale e fava tonka
