More than just eating, going to Soul Kitchen is an absolute culinary experience. High quality ingredients, study, research, experimentation and passion come together to bring unique compositions with incredible flavours to the table. I have been a customer since it opened, 12 years ago in 2013, and I must say that in renewing itself and offering new solutions, Soul Kitchen continues to be simply number one.

We returned and were enthusiastic about the dishes, flavors and enjoyment of all the senses... perhaps I am starting to understand what chef Andrè means by cuisine of the soul...
It is always a pleasure to enjoy a privileged moment with you.
We have been allowing ourselves this luxury every now and then for years and have always been positively impressed and satisfied.
First of all for the dishes (it would take more than a few lines to praise Chef Andrè) and certainly for all the staff and the environment.

I was in Turin for an event and I wanted something vegetarian. I asked Claude who this time too was able to give me excellent advice. I opted for a 5-course tasting menu, and I was totally satisfied ☺️☺️☺️ 5 bruni!
The truffle was cleverly included in most of the dishes. Great flavor without overpowering. The dessert was delicious, it didn't have that cloying taste in the mouth and the vermouth sauce was an excellent accompaniment.
However, I want to focus on two dishes:
-Plin: the consistency of the pasta was right for the preparation, as well as the consistency and flavor of the filling. I particularly appreciated the vegetable base, just the right amount of flavour
-the Meat: the Redefined Meat was something spectacular. It was practically indistinguishable from a veal stew, in terms of consistency, flavor and shape.

We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening. The restaurant is very elegant at the same time welcoming. ..The dinner was wonderful.. Excellent welcome also from the dining room staff ready to satisfy every need with a smile. I recommend it.

It remains and will remain, I hope, my favorite restaurant, but of all the times that I have had the honor of tasting the dishes of Soul kitchen it was the experience that satisfied me the least. Unfortunately the evening got off to a bad start when I ordered a Cabernet as a wine which was present in the wine list, but finished and when I asked for something that could come close I was recommended an Orange wine, good for goodness' sake, but which had nothing to do with a Cabernet, a positive note and which to my mind is clear Unfortunately, I was offered a glass of red... the food was good, but not as overwhelming as the previous visits... the dinner ended by ordering a dessert which unfortunately was finished... also in this case I was offered a taste of the meringues which were present in the dish which was finished... Excellent treatment to make up for the misunderstandings

Very good vegan restaurant, high standard, the lentil pâté indescribable, as well as the bread, butter and jam. Very beautiful dishes. I hope to be able to return soon to try the tasting menu.
