Superlative experience at aperitif time! A welcoming place with attention to detail, perfect for a tasty break. The Trento Doc served by Katia and Elena was excellent: fresh, elegant, with very fine and persistent bubbles. To accompany it, a selection of truly exquisite appetizers: carefully prepared, original and prepared with quality ingredients. From the warm focaccia to the gourmet bites, each taste was a small masterpiece. Kind and attentive service, relaxed but refined atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

A point of reference for breakfast: my favorite is the American style breakfast, but the croissants are also always fresh and delicious, perfect for starting the day with flavour. The environment is welcoming, the staff are kind and friendly and make you feel at home. I recommend to everyone!!!

Ristorante Pizzeria Il Saraceno

25/05/2025: Good pizza, friendly staff, reasonable price. There were 6 of us and we took 6 pizzas including sausage and friarielli, diavola, parmigiana, burrata and they were all good. 3 bottles of water to drink and a medium beer. Bill of €17.25 per person, fair. Saraceno as far as I'm concerned is a point of reference in Bologna!
15/05/2025: Great experience, I had dinner alone in this restaurant in the center of Bologna, it was a nice surprise, I was welcomed by the very nice owner and the equally delightful girl in the dining room... I ate some excellent fish dishes well presented. Very fair prices for the quality of the food and the place, I will definitely return.

09/05/2025: Absolutely delicious Bolognese pasta, the pasta with truffle was also amazing. Cosy traditional interior. Lovely experience.
03/05/2025: Traditional Bolognese restaurant in the center with a welcoming atmosphere and tasty cuisine. Friendly welcome and initially courteous and attentive service, well-prepared dishes faithful to tradition. The value for money is good. Towards the end of the service we perceived a bit of impatience on the part of the staff, perhaps due to the time, it was a holiday day and the influx of customers was large... I understand the tiredness but the customers must not suffer from it. Room on two floors, the upper floor is reached by a difficult staircase. Overall a positive experience.
