We had some delicious cocktails, but it was a very pleasant stay; the terrace is very welcoming and there was good background music.

Sottosopra Trastevere – 3/5 Stars ⭐️ The location is great and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience pleasant. However, the food wasn’t really for me or my friends. It felt a bit too artistic and modern, while we were hoping for something more traditional and authentic Italian 🇮🇹. It may appeal to those who enjoy creative or experimental dishes, but it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. Overall, a nice place with great staff and location, but the food style just didn’t match our expectations.

A beautiful location in the heart of Trastevere. I dined as a couple on the terrace, in a romantic and very refined setting. Excellent menu, with a wide selection. The lollipops and cappellacci were delicious. The desserts were also very good. Very kind staff, excellent hospitality. Special thanks to Alessandro, who made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!

11/12/2025: This restaurant was a wonderful surprise. The artichoke cacio e pepe was a delight, the mixed roast was a delight, and the chicory and fries (not frozen) were the finishing touch. My sincere compliments. The plates are pictured.
29/11/2025: One of the last sanctuaries of Roman cuisine in Marino. Excellent.

13/03/2026: We had dinner. The service from RIYADH was excellent and very attentive. We tried the pizza. It's good.
13/03/2026: The place was incredible! Food was amazing. No sense in waiting in extremely long lines near by when this place is down the block! Both of our meals were delicious, but The focaccia bread was incredible. Riyad was our server who was friendly, attentive, and very understanding of our limited Italian vocabulary.
